Taken £58 from my account for years subscription that I didn’t know I had done I’m OAP and not very techie only wanted to send one card at new year

After you contacted us, we resolved the matter right away by moving you to our shortest plan, refunding the majority of the charge, and ensuring your subscription will not renew. This was completed on January 9,2026.
