It honestly wasn’t easy or stress-free at all. From the start, the process felt confusing and disorganized, and I wasn’t given clear instructions on what to expect. I went into it hoping for support and reassurance, but instead I felt uncertain and overwhelmed.

Communication was a major issue. I had to reach out several times just to get updates, and responses were slow or unclear. Not knowing where things stood added a lot of unnecessary anxiety, especially since this was something important to me.

Overall, the experience was disappointing. Rather than feeling guided, I felt left on my own to figure things out. It ended up being far more stressful than I anticipated, and I wouldn’t describe the process as smooth or supportive in any way.
