Call them right away and tell them you do not want a membership and request a refund of monthly subscription cost!

Answer:
Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!

You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
