Just discovered this great company when trying to organise Birthday gift to friends in South Africa. Great range of products with a wide choice of goods and price range. It was also a great Website with easy and clear options. In this digital age, when you are in another country and trying to organise purchase , payment and delivery of something - it should always be as easy as GiftLady made it. My friend received his gift on the agreed date and he was thrilled with it. Also, I had a couple of queries when I was arranging my gift, and had to email GiftLady... I was half expecting the more usual 'robot' reply or tick-box questionnaire which is usually not what you need; but no! I got a very rapid, helpful and personal reply. So in addition to all the above - great customer service! I really highly recommend GiftLady, I will definitely be using them again. 🏆

I would like to give a 5* rating please. I was so impressed with the option of doing an ex-pat hamper. I cannot be with my Dad for his 80th birthday as i live in the UK, but he just loved all the British goodies in the hamper. And the courier service that you seem to use to go to Cape (Somerset West) are excellent. They emailed me with the pre-drop off arrangements and confirmed the delivery. They dealt with my Mom in person, and she said they were excellent. So i really cannot recommend you and your service enough. You helped me to make my Dad's day very special.

I am a South African living in the UK. I have always struggled to send stuff to family members in SA. I used the Gift Lady service this week to send a thank you parcels of treats to my aunt. I was so blown away by the range of lovely food, reasonable prices and the speed of delivery. It was all customisable- everything looked delicious and my aunt has received it within 2 days and was very impressed. I was SO impressed with your service!! I'm from Australia. I found you on google. I was looking for a hamper place that would deliver kosher to PE. I ordered my kosher gift box at Aust time 9.15am, and by 7pm Aust time, it had already been delivered! That's incredible customer service!! That's exceptional, especially considering the order was international. One little thing, I have no way of checking but my friend who the hamper was for said only half of the items were kosher. If an item is halal, its not necessarily unless it has a symbol of kosher. Still, thank you, you were great!

The service is great, ie fast and friendly. I received a pro-forma invoice by e-mail, immediately after I placed my order. Lisa Burger is also exceptionally diligent following up and keeping in touch via e-mail. I would love to use this service again in future. I cannot believe how quick and easy this was. I ordered a hamper for a friend who's mother just passed away and the difference it made for them in this hard time brought tears to my eyes! Not only did it arrive on Monday in Mosselbay (I only ordered on Friday from Pretoria) but the pic she sent of the packaging that arrived was beautifully made up!
