I'm posting on behalf of my friend Helen mcmahon this poor girl has been ill since having this procedure done someone needs to be held responsible for there mistakes. I am writing to issue a formal notice of complaint regarding the negligent dental treatment I received at your clinic. This negligence has resulted in severe physical harm, long-term complications, substantial financial loss, and significant emotional distress. This letter also serves as a formal demand for a full refund of all treatment fees paid to Hollywood Dental. During my treatment at your clinic, my teeth were shaved down far beyond acceptable clinical standards, and essential canal work was not carried out. Additionally, one implant was placed directly on a nerve, causing severe and ongoing pain. While I was still in Turkey, your clinic acknowledged responsibility for the situation by informing me that the dentist who treated me had been dismissed. I was also required to remain in Turkey for an additional four days while attempts were made to address some of the issues. This clearly demonstrated that your clinic recognised that negligence had occurred. However, since returning home, your clinic has refused to provide a refund or accept further responsibility, despite the extensive evidence and medical documentation confirming the harm caused. As a direct result of the damage done at Hollywood Dental, I was forced to seek urgent specialist treatment in Antalya. Clinical examinations and X-rays confirmed severe negligence. I subsequently had to undergo the following major corrective procedures: Removal of all upper teeth Placement of six new implants Bone graft Two sinus lift procedures I have also been left with temporary teeth on the upper arch, meaning the treatment is incomplete and I must return in approximately four months for permanent crowns. In addition to this, I am now required to pay a further £5,600 for additional corrective work, which includes: 24 crowns 4 root canals Further restorative dental treatment The implant that was placed on the nerve by your clinic cannot be safely removed, as doing so could cause permanent nerve damage. This is a direct consequence of negligent surgical placement. I hold comprehensive evidence of all damage, including X-rays, medical reports, and statements from qualified specialists. Given the severity of the complications, the considerable financial burden, and the physical and emotional suffering caused, I am requesting a full refund of the total amount paid for my treatment at Hollywood Dental. Please treat this correspondence as a formal demand. I expect a written response within 14 days of receiving this letter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to pursue further action, including: Seeking legal advice regarding a claim for medical negligence and financial damages Filing complaints with dental regulatory authorities Submitting my full case documentation to consumer protection agencies Proceeding with formal complaint channels I would prefer to resolve this matter amicably; however, I am fully prepared to escalate this case if necessary. Absolutely APPALLING SERVICE from this company. When is a missed delivery not a missed delivery? When you get a message with a photo saying they were sorry you were out. Trouble was, it wasn’t a photo of my house. The message said the delivery would be rearranged for the next working day; presumably to the wrong house again. And of course, the next working day would be after an intervening bank holiday. After much searching of their website I finally tracked down a phone number. Then had to have an argument with a ‘bot’, before I was finally put through to someone. The person then promised me faithfully, having said they contacted my local distribution office whilst on the phone with me, that I would receive the parcel later the same day because the failed delivery was their mistake. That was just to fob me off, because they had no intention of delivering it the same day and it didn’t arrive the same day. Their customer service is frankly disgusting. I would never use them to send a parcel and I hope that anybody that sends me anything doesn’t ever use them for delivery ever again.

Having never used a travel eSIM before, was a bit dubious. I shopped around for an option that would give me unlimited data for both Australia and New Zealand over 30 days. Holafly came out on tops with really attractive rates and flexible packages which totally suited my needs. I wasn’t able to make cellular phone calls or send/receive traditional texts, but able to use WhatsApp, Messenger etc for catching up with and staying in touch, including voice and video calls/messages etc. Also able to share my data with family using personal hotspot. I believe we are capped at 1/2 Gigabyte for sharing in this way, but not aware of any family members exceeding this amount over the month. To be fair, was such a good service and value, that I bought a separate Holafly eSIM for my son too, which helped ensure we could stay in contact locally when touring. Thanks Holafly

Really disappointing service. Ordered as a gift, their courier confirmed they lost /damaged the item and it wouldnt be sent and that i needed to contact the company for a refund. Contacted the company told it was still on its way. It wasn't. Requested a refund as I still haven't received it and not replacement was sent. Told it would be sorted, to since receive a reply to say they cant issue a refund but will as a gesture of goodwill, send me out another at no charge to me... to be clear. I paid for an item and didnt receive it! To try and send another 2months later, not acceptable. The company know it was a gift, know it never arrived and are still holding my money. Not good enough. Things go wrong, it's how its delt with which shows a companies values. For me, this fell short.

Their automated verification process is terrible and worst of all you have to speak to an AI agent in order to get anything done. You tell it the issue, and it wants an error code. They fail registration for processes that aren't even implemented. My 5th failure was because I didn't provide a video selfie holding my license to the right side of my face when the only thing the process had me do was fill an oval in the screen with my face to snap a selfie. They have an option where you can pay more for express processing but I think that money would be better spent somewhere else. I am on the verge of contacting my bank and telling them to help me get my money back.

Ordered some lingerie on Black Friday. I was told one item was out of stock and that I’d get a refund, but they waited until the item was no longer under the Black Friday deal to tell me. I then checked the website and the item was still available. I asked if they could send me the item instead so I could avoid paying €15 shipping again, but they said they couldn’t do this. After all this, they sent me the wrong size from what I ordered. I created a return, but after a month I still hadn’t received my refund. I ended up having to get Revolut to get my money back for me. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

I ordered a 2 dog sign for a Christmas gift. I could not find one dog that really looked like one of them,so I was asked to provide pictures of them, and sure enough they made one to look just like the little one! The order was really running close to Christmas and I thought they'd wouldn't get it until the end of the year; but to my surprise it came the day after Christmas. According to my son and daughter-in-law, the quality, size and condition was great. They were very surprised and pleased. Thanks to everyone there and have a healthy happy new year!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Using call centres abroad where many staff speak broken English. Not good enough. Couldn't solve my issue and was transferred time and time again and have to start explaining over and over. I only wanted to order a new card as my last one didn't arrive. I had to drive 15 miles to the nearest branch to type in pin to use when speaking to a HSBC employee. I gave up and went to Barclays who are a much better more professional company. I'll never use HSBC again from anything !!!!

Google play a scam especially on game purchases. I have a specific email that allows me to get a refund back that automatically approves my refund but when I try the refund again for the same game it goes into review just to get denied. Google always make up a excuse saying they policy wouldn't allow it when that's a lie cause the refund was just approved was the same purchase in the game. I don't recommend anyone spending more on games in Google play.

Hi recently had a trip to Tenerife Booked ziptransfers for a pick up from the airport to our hotel When we landed the passport control was queuing out of the terminal so I emailed them saying I was going to be late ( did this twice ) Although I got an email back saying the taxi will be outside he had gone Asked for refund , no chance DO NOT BOOk ZIPTRANFERS Use a regular taxi firm we had to and ironically they were cheaper

These gloves can come in very handy when I am working on ATM Machines. They can protect my hands from getting injured. That is the good part. Now for the really bad part. The gloves leave a lot to be desired when the weather gets cold. So it is like these gloves are no protection from the cold but they will protect the hands from almost anything else.

They like to ban players for no reasons. They use AI to ban players. I stopped spending money and stopped playing their games. I wish I know more about Gameloft! if I known more about this company. I will not buy their games. Also, This company is doing censorship by reporting Youtube videos and other contents.
