At first I really liked this place. My friend and I have both talked about getting wrinkle relaxers for a while and this is near us both so we decided to do it. At my appointment Andrew was great. Took the time to answer all my questions, etc. After though, I realized me and my friend had different aftercare expectations given to us. Mostly relating to follow up… After my treatment I was not told about a follow up appointment in two weeks, I was not told really anything just that I can book my “next appointment online”. My friend told me they booked her two week follow up in clinic so I was kind of confused. It would make sense for anyone’s first time getting Botox (or xeomin in my case), to get a follow up… so I went online and made one not knowing it was for a time I was out of town. When I realized that, I immediately rebooked it (with plenty of notice) only to get a call the day before and be left a voicemail that said that they cannot see me since it’s been longer than the two week window AND it has to be with the person who initially did the treatment… all this would have been fine if I was told about it at my appointment and could have made plans for that… I had called them back and the person that answered the phone was less than professional… I explained why I was calling and they told me “well we are human, we all make mistakes”… it was the most unprofessional phone call I’ve ever had with a business… and I wasn’t even being rude, just trying to return a call and find out if I could get my follow up. I will unfortunately not be returning here and am going to find someplace else to go. Please be cautious….

What is the best laser for Tattoo Removal Portland Oregon?
Trying to find the right laser for your tattoo removal treatments can be overwhelming due to all the hype on the markets today. We want our clients to be well informed of the different lasers being offered in the Portland area, the pros and cons of each one, and why we chose the Q plus C laser along with its Square Spot Technology.
The Spectra and Medlite lasers use dye hand pieces to alter the laser beam profile which does not target certain ink colors effectively, are cheaper made, and do not have the optimum square spot size.
The Alexandrite and Pico lasers have only one wave length that does not target the inks specifically. Although they have a faster nano second technology they do not have a square spot beam profile that is considered to be the least obtrusive to your skin, and often the 755 wave length stops short of darker and redish colored inks. Many artists use a combination of colors in their tattoos that are unseen to the naked eye!
The Q plus C laser has the multiple wave lengths that target all the specific ink colors, is not altered by dye hand pieces, and it does have the square-spot technology. For these reasons, our tattoo removal Portland clinic chose the Q plus C laser to give people the absolute best results possible for each treatment.

The best wavelength to target the difficult Blue and Green colors is the Ruby 694 and the only wavelength to target Red is the KTP 532.
