BlackhatNinjas - Black Hat Ninjas

BlackhatNinjas - The Truth

Picture
The truth of BlackhatNinjas is being held back by various sources. This site looks at the facts of BlackhatNinjas.com and gives an overview about what has happened to BlackhatNinjas from start to finish from an unbiased, paying customers point of view.

BlackhatNinjas.com started off as a website for online marketers to discuss marketing tactics and download SEO software. The two main admins on the website were Digital Ninja and SudoChop.

The offer of a VPS service was launched on the site. This was a very attractive offer to SEO's, as the BlackHatNinjas VPS allowed online marketers to use a tool called Xrumer, on a powerful connection. This tool costs around $500 and needs a lot of bandwidth to be used effectively. Ideally Xrumer should be run on a dedicated server, so, the offer of a VPS service with Xrumer already setup was very attractive to many people.

The Blackhatninjas VPS service was offered for a 12 month period at vastly different prices. People were getting VPS packages anything, from $100 to $500 for 12 months access. Maybe they were able to run special offers? Maybe the price point to make profit was variable? Who knows?

Looking back, it did seem like a serious drive and almost desperation on their part to get ANY amount of money they could, and from whatever means possible.

DigitalNinja took huge sums of money as down payment for a service that didn't yet exist.

BlackhatNinjas VPS Service [Take The Money]

Picture
After a few weeks the BlackhatNinjas VPS service went live, and some people got access. There were a lot of requests about the VPS service in the forum, and quite a few complaints of it not working, it being substandard, and very slow. The admin Digital Ninja seemed to be very, very short tempered when dealing with these requests, almost, as if he was doing everyone a favor. During this time the forum was edited to show that the VPS access was available via a "DONATION" rather than how it was previously -  "payment for access".

Shortly after the VPS service was live, there was, what seemed like, a large argument between two of the main admins SudoChop and DigitalNinja. Basically they both disagreed and went their separate ways. No one knows the exact story, but in the grand scale of things it's not really that important. What IS important, is the missing $150,000 that was taken though BlackhatNinjas.com for services promised and never delivered to 100s of people.

There were a lot of other admin figures involved but DigitalNinja and Sudochop remained in the spotlight. Perhaps it was the fault of the site owners to not make it clear exactly what was going on? SudoChop took the Blackhatninjas.com website and setup BlackhatScene.com to run an identical service, which seemed to compete directly with BlackhatNinjas.com. SudoChop said, as part owner of the original site, he was entitled to his share of it.

BlackhatScene.com seems to have been running fairly smoothly ever since.

There were a lot of other politics in the background between the two sides, BUT, where does this leave the people that have paid DigitalNinja over $150,000?

BlackhatNinjas - Banning Paying Members

Picture
DigitalNinja published on BlackhatNinjas.com that he would ban anyone on his site that was a member at BlackhatScene.com, many people that had donated hundreds of dollars instantly lost membership at BlackhatNinjas because they wanted to use another service that was working. Yet, DigitalNinja still promotes the idea of FREE SPEECH online?

There was no real contact point for DigitalNinja, and when the site was down there was not much to let paying customers know what was going on. An IRC chat room WAS setup, and in DigitalNinjas defense, this WAS attacked and flooded so members could not use the chat.

After the "official" IRC chat room was setup, and destroyed, there was never any real attempt at any communication with the members. DigitalNinja told people he wanted to be "left alone to work" and that he was "working 24/7 on the forum".

From this point on it has been the same story, day in, day out. DigitalNinja has said said that SudoChop and his friends were attacking the BlackhatNinjas site on a regular basis, and BlackhatNinjas (DigitalNinja) needed more "donations" to keep it up and running.

DigitalNinja has told members at BlackHatNinjas that "the site will go live tomorrow" so many times we've all lost count, and nothing has happened. Continual broken promises.

More Donations, More Donations I NEED MORE DONATIONS!

Picture
Lots of people paid money to DigitalNinja to help get the site running again. Mid 2010 many people grouped together and paid over $1000 to DigitalNinja for what he said was a "hardware firewall" that he promised would stop ALL attacks and have the forum up forever.

He took the money and met the "donation target" and then...

Nothing happened.

The site stayed down. The site has constantly been up and down ever since. DigitalNinja blames the attacks are at fault for everything. If this is the case then:

  • What has happened to all of this money? $150,000 (probably much more)
  • Where did all these Firewall donations go?
  • Where did all of the hundreds of other "donations" go?
DigitalNinja even requested personal donations in an IRC chat room! And people have paid him.
  • Where is that money now?
If he couldn't build the site, which he has now, openly admitted he couldn't. Then why could he not have just used a fraction of the $150,000 he's taken from everyone to pay someone who knows what they're doing to build it and setup the VPS server?

There have been so many other calls for "donations" when the site was live, but the outcome has always been the same, the site went down and no one heard a thing apart from DigitalNinja saying "blame the attacks", "we're being attacked, I need more donations! It's not MY FAULT" "Leave me alone to work on the site!"

DigitalNinja claims that the mail servers were being attacked and he could not contact anyone.
What about Google mail?
Was SudoChop attacking the Google mail servers to prevent DigitalNinja from emailing all his paying members?

There has been over $150,000 paid to DigitalNinja to get a site and forum running with a VPS service.

Where is the attempt at getting this site going?
Currently, there is a site where visitors can download a Bible in PDF format?
Is this what $150,000 has bought his customers?

Is it unfair for paying customers to be treated like this, and for someone to take over $150,000 and simply say:

"It's not my fault, and now I've crossed over to Jesus"

He has treated us all like dirt, acted like we don't understand and then lied to us all.

Is BlackhatNinjas a Scam? It looks that way...

Picture
If it's not a scam, then where is all the Money? If all the money CAN be accounted for then, BlackhatNinjas is a huge failure on the side of the owner DigitalNinja. This is a man that is still blaming others for the fact he has taken peoples money and not provided a service, regardless of attacks, he is responsible to deliver paying customers a service. If not, then he needs to REFUND the community!

The actions taken by DigitalNinja are criminal, arrogant, narcissistic and grossly unprofessional.

More recent contact with DigitalNinja shows he has been very busy learning Linux Debian on his own new "workstation" rather than working on the site. What has he been working on 24/7 for months and months on end? Or was this another lie?

If all there is to show for all of this hard work is a Bible download in .PDF format, on a very poor .html file, then perhaps "IT" isn't a good choice of profession for him?

BlackhatNinjas.com - So What Happens Now?

Picture
Everyone that has paid DigitalNinja are paying customers and deserve a proper, official response, not updates about Jesus. We are pointing out all the facts that we've have found from Googling information and reading BlackhatNinjas.com when the site was live. All of these facts have previously been published online across other forums and websites.

Onlookers may think. "just leave it, get over it, it was $400, and a hard lesson learned" but the fact remains DigitalNinja keeps on blaming others, keeps protesting his total innocence, keeps talking to us like fools, and continues to take (steal) money from people online. When will it ever end?

We do not advocate "hatred" towards anyone, however, for someone to take $150,000 (possibly much more) from a group of individuals, and not have to answer for it in a court of law, treat their customers like dirt and keep telling everyone "it's not my fault" is simply wrong, and cannot be left unpunished!

Some of us believe the guy is a professional con-man and, his continual broken promises of "tomorrow" when tomorrow never comes, have finally come to a dead end.

Other opinions are, that he's chosen to scam a group of people, and thought he could get away with it. Now he's seriously regretting the moves he's tried to pull and is desperately trying to pass the buck and vanish off the radar.

Others still believe the DigitalNinja promises. But for how much longer?

In the mean time, on the site, DigitalNinja has resorted to announcing "The Return of Jesus" on Blackhatninjas.com, and is pointing out the world is going to end. More recently he has announced that he is now stepping down as owner of BlackhatNinjas.com.

DigitalNinja tried to pull this move once before and pretended to sell blackhatninjas.com to... none other than himself:

DigitalNinja to SmokeScreen, was the simple transaction.

This was a ploy to shift the blame and the disappearance of all the money, to buy himself more time, and to try and misdirect people to the real culprit. Eventually the "SmokeScreen" phased out and DigitalNinja came back on the scene.

Be warned, DigitalNinja will probably try and pull this same trick again.

Help To Promote This Site!

Picture
This site has taken 20 minutes to put together and proves that DigitalNinja has not done "ALL HE CAN" to let paying customers know what is really going on. DigitalNinja claims that, for him, to do something like this and keep people in-the-loop, would have wasted too much of his precious time, when he could have been working on the blackhatninjas website.

This has already been proven to be a lie. There are FAR too many things that just don't tie up with every single one of DigitalNinjas stories, most people we speak to have had enough.

For DigitalNinja to rip-off online marketing professionals across the world to the sum of $150,000 will NOT go un-noticed.

Most of us believe DigitalNinja will have some VERY serious answering to do, before long, to the relevant authorities. Lets hope he gets what's coming to him.

As a side note, we did not need $150,000 to get this site up and running, and if someone tries to Ddos it... it's not going vanish ;)
