I have been with them since 2021 many times when I have called with issues that were not even their fault, they stepped up, & took care of it. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. First of all, the product itself is exactly as described. I have had no issues at all using it. The only reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is because I could not locate where to download the control software. Maybe I missed something, but I had to locate on their website through the help section. All other aspects of purchase and product are positive. Would buy from again.
