I've been getting the bras and panty sets from Adore Me for years now because they have become my favorites and the fact they so often have sales makes it even better.
Was hoping for one of the bras ordered to wear with a dress but unfortunately the delivery too way longer than expected and I had to improvise with an older bra that I had (needed to wrap dress straps around bra strap to hide it).
I love the customer service for sure they had my back! Very quick to ship as well, even tho was delayed.
Good experience overall with items. Only issue was it took almost 4 weeks to receive. I almost didn't receive my order in time for a planned getaway. I was not aware you needed to order 4 weeks in advance.

My elite box was delivered in a timely manner! It was delivered before the expected delivery which made it so exciting!
Good variety of products-all styles and colors! I didn't do the subscription but still great prices.

My order was significantly delayed in delivery and based on my usual order size I expected the items I purchased to fit but they did not. Unfortunately I purchased non-refundable/exchangeable items so I am donating brand new clothes and lost money on the purchase. Overall this order was disappointing.

My order came a week earlier than expected. I love these swimsuits. They fit nicely and look good too.
She was very surprised!
She loved them and it really shocked her that they fit just right and they're very comfortable to wear and sexy.
Even though there are various sizes "available" the sizing in the more unique sizes is much more limited
Took too long to arrive. But really great products. They just didn't arrive in time for our honeymoon :((
I placed my order at the beginning of June for a trip at the end of June, which should have been plenty of time. Unfortunately, it took over a month to receive it and the clothing quality is terrible. I wish I had just canceled it.

I love how it fits my body I don't have any bad experience the price is right not bad my package does comes on the date it says it would be I really don't have any bad experience
The product and shipping are fine. I was just annoyed that I was instantly signed up for some kind of subscription program without even realizing it. Either that just happens automatically with a purchase, or the UX design is bad and therefore I didn't notice this was happening upon check out, I don't know. Either way, it's unusual and will deter me from purchasing products in the future.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
