I've been happy with all of my purchases to date. Never had a customer service issue. Shipping is fast too.
The lingerie is nice but the shipping took forever! When you get an email saying it sent, the items don't get to the shipper u til 3 or 4 days later. I usually get emails blaming the shipper so it is dishonest.
Got a great set during a sale and wasn't sure I'd like it, as it's something I wouldn't normally order, but I LOVE it. Will definitely be looking at others. Order also came much faster than expected!

Takes 3-5 days for customer service to get back to you. Also takes weeks to get your order they need to get away from using DHL they are the worst shipping company. The product is great at least, but I'm not sure I will order again due to the bad customer service and shipping times.

I have not disliked a single piece from this store. Often, it's the only place that has cute stuff in my size :)
The wife looks fantastic in all of these. She is a size small with long legs and a cute peach shaped butt. The things and gstrings highlight all the right curves.
The sizes that are sent are not as well picked as what they used to be. They keep sending me mediums when I have specifically requested to only be sent smalls. They don't seem to understand that just because someone wears their correct bra size it doesn't mean that the have a body frame that requires a different size than indicated by the customer. I've emailed them multiple times and have been basically told too bad this is what our algorithm determines you should be getting instead of looking at my purchase history which is about 3 years long.

I have been buying bras from Adore me for years and absolutely love the price and quality I get from them. As a G/H cup it is nice to have affordable but sexy/cute styles available to me.

Such an easy fun experience. It was like Christmas morning opening up the box and not knowing what would be there.
