In Last month my warming unit quit. I called Air Track Inc for fix and were at my home inside a couple of hours of the fix call. They have analyzed an enormous split hole out. Air Track Inc responded to our stress call as our furnace humidifier was leaking throughout the basement floor. He returned our call immediately and came the same day on time, he was able to identify the problem and had to return the following night with the proper replacement parts. The problem was resolved and the humidifier stop leaking, Air Track Inc was humble, friendly and professional, before leaving he offered warranty on the work done. Our 30 yr. Old central air conditioner failed at the beginning of the July heat wave. I knew it should have been replaced long ago. I called and left voice messages with two companies the following morning. Knowing that most HVAC companies in the GTA would be busy, I gave them until the end of the day to call me back. I never received a call back from either company. The next morning I called Air Track Inc and to my surprise, Air Track Inc answered the phone. He asked me details on the problems I was experiencing and said that he would be at my home later in the day. He showed up when he said and diagnosed the problem with the a/c unit, and with the unit being 30 yrs. Old, the part would be impossible to find. He offered to install a new unit the next day. Needless to say, I have a new central air conditioner installed at a very reasonable price. Air Track Inc was true to his word on every occasion, and I highly recommend his services. My furnace stopped working (no heat!) a couple of weeks ago. I called John in the evening I found this and he answered promptly! By asking me a few questions about the furnace and behavior I see, John mentioned it is likely that the pipe is clogged and water is getting into the motor. Next morning, Jobhu arrived at 8am (Saturday!) and very professionally showed me the problem and fixed it. Not only that, he cleaned the burners as well! This is the second time I had Fred fix my furnace (first time it was 4 years ago). I would recommend John to anyone who is looking to repair/service the furnace. Thank you John
