We've used alpine mini splits before and have been very happy with them. The price and delivery are unbelievable. Ordered them one day and they showed up the next day. Never had that kind of service from anyone before.Will definitely recommend.
We had some trunkline damage to our old resistance heat central system-after getting a quote of $22k to replace and repair we started looking at other options. We use mini split systems at work so I built my own system on the Alpine web store, had everything delivered and for nearly 1/3 the cost we are up and running. I like the machines, I was very disappointed with the glued together 3" pvc wall sleeve that was too large to use, unable to be manipulated and embarrassing as my clients saw it come out of the box. "I paid for that?"
Needed to upgrade my R22 unit, I went right to Alpines site, as I have already replaced my Electric furnace in 2019. Which I also purchased from alpine. Install of my a/c outdoor unit, was as simple as putting peanut butter on bread. Delivery was fast and driver was very helpful. Even helped me get it where I needed it. I upgraded from a 2 ton to a 2.5 ton. Which works perfectly for my 1500sq ft home. Thanks again Alpine for another flawless purchase.
Everything from customer service, delivery, packaging, and products are spot on! You can not go wrong with this product or company. I have been highly impressed with every single aspect! I bought 4 - 9,000 btu's and 2 - 12,000 btu's for a true 3,200 sq ft barndo build. If I was to ever state the best experience I ever had while purchasing a new product from a new company. It's right here hands down 1,000%.
