I was meant to travel in July, and only 3 days before my travel I received an email from Lucinda that there were no available packages. This is despite the fact that I had finalized my payments in March. I was then given the refund option and told that it would take 72hours to reflect since this was AMIs mishap. It has now been 5 FULL MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have emailed countless countless times pleading for my refund and still nothing. Eventually, I just opted to rebook for the same package and sent an email and WhatsApp message to make a rebooking, yet I was still ignored. There is no option I haven't exhausted. I have called, texted and emailed for five months now with nothing. I even tried to go to their supposed offices in Sandton- which don't even exist. I am so heartbroken. What was meant to be an exciting journey as a first time traveler has turned into the most saddening experience.
