I could not get antenna to function as advertised. Returned package and with mailing cost I had spent well over $100. USPS tracked the delivery which was made on May 4.
No response from Lava. When I called was given a prerecorded message to leave my message. Today on May 22 I have as yet received no response.

I wonder at the integrity of this company. Do not deal with them! They give Flint, TX a bad name. If I do not hear within 2 weeks I intend to take legal action against Lava. There are so many complaints of malfeasance. They are not worthy of your trust. I will willingly

I ordered from antennadeals.com. They reversed the address so I never got delivery. The goods were returned to them by USPS. 6 emails before they responded and their response was the equivalent of "tough luck" (but not so nicely phrased). If you are thinking of an antenna then do your homework by searching antennadeals.com reviews before you make your decision and giving them your money.

Bought the antenna for northern Wisconsin, when I received it I put it half way together, laying on my floor in my living room, I picked up 72 stations. I had one somewhat like it but it was destroyed when a tree fell across my deck. Looking forward to installing this antenna in the spring.

Amazing reception! The number of channels and the consistent clarity immediately increased once I had the antenna properly installed. The only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars is that the installation instructions were not as clear as they could have been -- I think they were written in the same country the antenna was manufactured! -- which meant it took longer than it should have to get it working properly. If Antenna Deals can fix that, they will have a perfect product (at a bargain price, I might add).

II bought a TV antennafrom from them is great the reception is great I have no problem any questions I have a right to them and their Amish in there quick I give them a five star their responses quick. I recommend a product to anybody

Excellent Service, very speedy shipping, and got just exactly what we ordered. However, the antenna is for our little place in rural Mississippi and we haven't had a chance to go and install it yet. I will have to report later on the channels we pick up.

At first my payment wouldn't go through so I did another payment the exact same way and it went through, I put the antenna together with relative ease and I got the channels I wanted and all I had to do was out it in my backyard on a tripod, the customer service took awhile at first but once we got on the same page it was great, the antenna works better than I could have imagined, I pulls recommend this product highly.

I am very pleased with my order this time. I had originally ordered August 5th and the order was not shipped. When I inquired about order was told sorry did not ship. I stated that I still wanted order and was told that I was to receive something extra for my trouble. Well the first order was refunded. So I had to order again on August 14th. I received my antenna today with no extras.

The website was easy to navigate and quite informative. The only reason I rated 4 stars rather than 5 is that the antenna came with a bracket different than the the one pictured on the site. Even so, the setup was easy and the channel reception is excellent! Full HD quality picture and sound. I ran it through a splitter to three TVs, all have excellent quality and strength of signal (92% at the furthest TV). It is everything I expected from the website description. I was very happy to turn in my cable equipment and do away with the $112 expense.
