I took a wrong package for my iPhone 5S and carrier at&t immediately received message back that my iphone is not found. The reason was I chose package for Clean IMEI. Then received message back with 3 options, 2 packages with different speed services and refund. I got refund in paypal and then decided to go with slow service which is 1-10 days. In 2 days, I received unlock message, and tested in itunes. All great. 2 more IMEIs coming. You guys rock. Thank you :)

Submittted 2 clean AT&T imeis, both iphone5, and both came through in 5 minutes, could hardly believe it. Always worth trying these guys as they refund if it cant be done.
