From screen shot of my web page, Arabian Date's misleading "Chat Booster" advertises verbatim, the following:

"Every day that you start with a balance of zero credits, we'll add 3 free to your account."

Granted, I'm not Donald Trump, and I don't have unlimited means to chat, send unlimited letters, and communicate; however, I have spent hundreds of dollars in my short membership on this otherwise great site. When I spoke with a gentleman at the toll-free customer service line of *******263, on Sunday, 31 July, 2016, 6:14 am CDT, his only remedy to my concern about the misleading language was, "Buy more credits if you want to talk to the ladies." Never mind the fact that for Sunday, 7/31/16, I didn't receive my "free 3 credits", this individual's overall attitude was so laissez-faire that he failed to recognize the Cardinal Rule of customer care: the value of my relationship (whether that's another year or 10 years of being single) far exceeds the three credits I asked for.

Readers: Caveat Emptor, and don't expect any level of legitimate, caring and/or reasonable customer care. Period.

I am currently trying to get arabiandate to remove to CONFIRMED profiles. Profile # ******* she clams to be a 37 year old lady. Then we have profile # ******* a 23 year old lady. The pictures on the profiles are the same lady with the same clothes on. I have seen enough of this going on with dating sites.if arabiandate checked these 2 ladies out. One or both of them would not have a profile anymore.and if you live in the united states you won't meet one of these ladies within a week or so. Try more like months. When i started checking into... how is a single man suppose to exchange contact information with a lady from the site.if you read the terms and conditions. No information is to be exchanged via chat. But through an email sent to a lady. You can exchange mailing addresses only. There is no guarantee the lady will ever mail you anything. And what makes no sense and proves some of the previous comments true. If you can send an email containing alphabet letters and numbers, as in your name, street address, p. O. box etc. then you should be able to send an email address, facebook link. They will have your personal name when you send them a mailing address.so when it comes to that stage, there is nothing to hide anymore.so unfortunately you may spend several hundred dollars on chat and minimum $4.00 per letter to send them one.if the ladies do not want to give you their mailing address after spending a few hundred on them. They are not for you. And if they send you a letter to your mailbox. Or you send them one ALL contact information can be exchanged. Name, email, phone number etc. interesting fact the ladies dont pay anything to chat or send letters. So its hard to make them understand that you cant spend 30 or 40 dollars a day chatting.

I've fallen for a wonderful woman who I met on here... It hasn't taken me long :)

I have been a member of this site. Was looking seriously for a life partner. Met some wonderful ladies but could not communicate exchange emails because this site does not allow that ever. How are you then supposed to meet them. I sent several queries regarding the charges were for email ids to be exchanged but there was no response. They just wish to make fools of people keep them expecting and excited and waste time on chatting and writing meaninlgess emails which is a wasted exercise given they do not have any policy to allow people to exchange emails. All over sites such as these allow people to exchange mails upon payment of a fee. This site NEVER allows this. Some time back when i checked there were tens of mails with this complaint here now i find none. Wonder seriously about the genuineness of the above people giving 5 stars to this site. Anyone can put anything here not very difficult to understand how suddenly everyone seems to like thiis site. The same goes for the sister sites anastasia, asian, amolatina.
