My wife thought she was ordering one small baby-doll from Ashton Drake, however they started sending her others on a regular basis. Numerous phone calls were made in an attempt to cancel whatever "subscription" they placed her on (without her pernission), yet they were unwilling or unable to cancel, so we received several more, which we paid for while continuing to try and cancel any future orders. We finally refused delivery through USPS, so the last doll was returned back to them. They billed us anyway, resulting in several more phone calls and emails (without resolutiohn). We refused to pay for the last doll that was returned, and they proceeded to refer us to collections. This has now been over a year and they have now referred us to an outside collection agency. This matter is now being referred to the Attorney General's office here in Virginia for fraud, and we are retaining private consel to file an action be reimbursed for the time spent trying to resolve this $38 issue.

Dolls were purchased in September delivery said they would be shipped in October went to check on the status today because they were supposed to be here this week says the end of November now the first three orders I had came on time with no issues now im again waiting
An entire month

I ordered Ashton Drakes's Little Peanut by Tasha Edenholm and she is absolutely gorgeous. She looks 10x better than she does in the *******@ashtondrake.com you guys are AMAZING and if you're planning on buying Little Peanut, ignore the bad reviews, she's absolutely worth the money. She weighs about 5-6 pounds, has a beautiful baby powder scent, came in an adorable elephant onesie, a cute pink hat, her hair was in a hairnet under her pink newborn hat, and her details were absolutely flawless. Peanut has beautiful blue eyes and curly brown hair with a bow in it. I'm literally so sorry for the bad camera quality but here are some pics of miss Peanut. I absolutely love her and I fell in love with her before I even open the box and when I saw her, I died inside like she's absolutely beautiful. I might wanna wrap it up here, I hope this review is helpful and I would give this buy 10 stars if I could.

The color of the doll change to blueish from just have air.:,;………!.,,,,,,,,……….,,,,….,,,

I ordered the Clementine doll around Christmas and the quality was terrible. The hair fell out and the arms came off. I have tried to contact the company multiple times with no response. At this point I just want a refund.

My niece paid over 100.00 of her own money last year for this ugly thing that scared her and her cousins. She was 9 yrs old. I just today saw it and it scared me too! It's nothing like the pictures. If people say the love the doll it must be a made up review because no one in their right would think it's cute or looks like a baby. Shame on you for tricking people out of their money especially a child.

I recently purchased a monkey doll (Clementine) from Ashton-Drake and I was very disappointed with the quality of the doll. Ashton-Drake does a good job of displaying a great product, but the actual doll looks cheap and not worth what it cost.
I would try to send the doll back but I already did my own modifications on the doll to make it appear more life like. I'm very disappointed with both Ashton-Drake and myself for not doing more research. I wouldn't recommend them if you are wanting a life like doll.

Attempted contacting them 3 times through customer service about billing my CC, but they do NOT respond. How hard is it to reply to a customer? Are they too busy texting on their cellphones and taking selfies? I realize I could attempt a phone call. But like another reviewer said in their experience, I would probably get hung up on, also.

I purchased two dolls on 11/28/21 and after an unhelpful interaction with customer services and a few days of sweating it out hoping that the items would arrive on time, I got them. The dolls didn't quite look as pictured, the hair online looked much nicer than what was received. I don't know that I would order again because I think that the quality was just ok given the price. The service was also lacking. Overall, I was glad to get my order and my nieces were happy but I'm sure there are better options available.

I bought a silicone doll from this company, and had ever owned a silicone baby before. So I wasn't sure what to expect. When I opened the package, my doll was carefully wrapped and she was so cute! I love how soft she was, and her outfit was adorable. In case you're wondering, I ordered "Gabrielle", which is their cutest doll in my opinion. Her hair is curly and soft, and her dress is floral print with bloomers. Later on, I discovered that silicone dolls can be casted in softer silicone that the True Touch Silicone offered by Ashton Drake. So I ended up ordering a higher-quality doll eventually, which cost ALOT more than Gabby did. Overall, if you want a nice doll that's under $300, Ashton Drake is a good choice. But if you can afford to buy a more expensive doll, I think they are much better.

I recently ordered dolls for Christmas. Upon receiving one of the dolls, I determined it was too small and was Not what I believed it would be - I have been trying for 4 days to reach some one about a return!
Also, I tried to add a debit card and for whatever reason, it was rejected! But they charged me for adding it!
I want to return this doll and have that fee refunded to me!
I spend over $400 with this company but I will not ever shop there again

These dolls look nothing what they have on their site. I was enraged when I saw the doll I had ordered for my daughter looked nothing like the one I received. Dollar store dolls actually look more presentable than the one we received. It took about a month if not more to received. I am extremely unsatisfied with this doll. O have written 2 emails to get a refund and yet no reaponse.

I had to leave a review and contact them to get a refund. Customer service is horrible. After I got the refund they kept harrassing me to pay them for the returned doll and claim I own them money for a chargeback which wellsfargo already issued them a refund even ashton drake agent admitted it is an error on their end and to disregard their invoice in January. Then they sent another invoice asking for money I dont own them. I told them to call my bank and they refused n rather harrass me. I file a police report on them and dispute their invoice.

Horrible customer service dolls arm fell off and they refuse to honor the warranty and replace the hand for my 8 year old

Ashton Drake uses a prototype in the ad pictures. Then you get a doll that looks nothing like the pictures. I've returned all 4-6 doll I've ordered, for myself. I ordered 3 others for children and they loved them. I kept those only.
They used to have beautiful babies!
Look online on eBay or other online sites and shop for vintage AD babies. I found one that it's eyes open and close.
They tried to fix something that wasn't broken. And everything is made in China!
Unfortunately I don't have pictures but I just ordered and kept the set of small twins for my granddaughters for Christmas. They are in love with them!
