Ordered a poster from these guys on line for delivery to Canada. They sent an e-mail advising the product shipped and provided a tracking number provided a tracking number. The DHL tracking number shows it was delivered to "Canada" on January 17. When I contacted DHL for further information, they advised to contact the supplier. When I contacted the supplier, they advised to track the package through the courier. Now the supplier will not respond. Buyer be ware.

After receiving a less than satisfactory poster, I submitted a claim to get a reprint. My request was approved and I was sent a replacement. When I opened the package, I realized they sent me a completely different poster than the one I originally ordered. I submitted yet another claim and mentioned that if the quality wasn't better than the first poster I received then I would prefer my money back. My claim was reviewed and approved. I received a third poster, this time it was the correct item, but the quality was just as poor as the first. The picture was very pixelated and not worthy of gifting to anything. I submitted yet another claim asking for a refund at this point so I could just move on. I was told they couldn't give me a refund because they "cannot offer refunds." I filed dozens of complains with the company and each time I was told that a refund was not possible. It took me filing a BBB complaint to FINALLY get my $30 back after three months of fighting with the company. They are impossible to get through to as their website just directs you in circles and the customer representatives that email you seem very robotic. Please save you money and time and just avoid ever purchasing from this company.
I was skeptical ordering from this website but took a gamble because I wanted this posted for Christmas for my grandmother. It was shipped very quickly which was a pleasant surprise. I just received the poster today and I'm so disappointed. The quality is terrible. The image is insanely pixilated and not easy to read. The dog is very crisp and clean, so I don't understand why the rest of the image isn't the same. You will also notice that on the left hand side of the poster, there is a white line border that disappears half way down the poster, as if it was printed or cut crooked. I'm hoping I can get my money back for this..
