Bad customer service

Purchased an item from then it was defective right out of the box, I called and they said I'm in lie to receive a call back in the next 24hr because the lines were busy, It's been about a week and haven't heard back from them.
I'm gonna take this as a lesson learnt, they will never get my money again

Buyer beware
January 26, 2021

DO NOT buy from these people, go directly to the products website and buy that way. I ordered some Rockville speakers and before they shipped I cancelled the order because they told me they wouldn't wok with my system. Then they shipped them anyways. To make this story shorter, just stay away.

Don't buy from here.

Bought a system from them. Got a tracking number but item has been in same place for almost a week. Called they said that fedex hasn't picked up trailer. Called Fed ex they said package was never given to them. I've looked at other reviews and looks like they use this excuse a lot.

Placed a order with them. They sent me the wrong product. Had to return it. Reorder the item again. They did not ship it complete (missing parts). Called again. Was told they would send it out that day and would have in a couple days. 1 week later I called back (due to not receiving tracking or anything). Was told that they was trying to ship it today. It has been going on 3 months from my original order and still don't have what I ordered. I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else.

Ordered a Metra in dash harness... these always come sealed in a green Metra plastic pouch. They shipped me one that had obviously been used before - it was shipped in a plain white plastic bag - the brackets had scratches - had obviously been used before. It was a relatively cheap $10 item - so I am not following up on this. But selling something as new when it is obviously used just show dishonesty. CROOKS!

Ordered an item that showed available... 2 ETA's passed. I contacted them and they claimed it was in transit yet tracking shows a shipping label was produced but never picked up by FedEx. They claimed it may have been stolen and the product was no longer available. I asked for the most similar item with similar specs. They said that would be an extra $50. They had raised prices from the time I ordered to the time I had to inquire where my item was...

Amplifier

Don't spend your money with them they will rip you off bought a amplifier from them it was defective when I got it took me two weeks to get in touch with them, then they told me i was out of my Warranty. Shipped me back the same damaged amplifier would not replace or repair it said nothing was wrong with kept my money keep your money guys!

I ordered a bluetooth receiver and amp that was sold as a kit. I received the kit and the bluetooth receiver would not plug into the inputs of the amp, an additional cable was needed. Contacted them via email, was told tech support would take over and have heard nothing since. All you can get from them is 1 email reply per 1 or 2 days at best. Price isn't everything, their service is terrible.

The speakers I ordered came in a box that had already been opened. A sticker on the box said that the box was blemished so it was opened for inspection. However, once I opened the box I could tell these speakers had been through more than just an inspection. Hiding behind a label like that is pretty dishonest.

I will definitely purchase from Audio Savings again. I ordered two American Bass XD- 1044 subs. I ordered the subs on June 28 Sunday evening and they came Wednesday July 1 that's what i call FANTASTIC service. I would definitely order from them again and again with service like that and the box and the subs were unharmed. The subs also work and sound great. Great job Audio Savings.

Audio Savings had my order labelled and in the UPS trailer the next morning after placing my order and emailed the tracking number to me. Through no fault of their own, the June '20 protests prevented UPS from picking up the trailer from their warehouse. BUT, Audio Savings was communicating with UPS, and they kept me updated via email and even apologized for the delay that was not their fault. I was happy to have saved 25% off the prices from other retailers, and the item works perfectly. I will definitely shop with Audio Savings in the future.

Order item on may31, seller create shipping label with ups, i track the package every day show seller have not take package to ups, i ask seller about that, seller respond was ups dealy pakage already ship, i call ups many time during 10 days till June 10, ups indicate they dont have the package, i ask seller refund with no respond, if that is not scan, what it is? I have ebay and paypal step in help, hope it will wotk out, and audiosavings also have many other name, rockville.com is one of them, when u buy a audio equipment make sure it dont show audiosavins, i am wondering what BBB really for, nothing, and how can audiosavings still in business?

I purchased a 1100 dollar order and they completely messed it up from the start. They gave me a delivery date, and was seven days late, I couldn't track my things. I would contact them and they refused to reply to my emails. When I finally got my order they gave it to me incomplete. Hassle to get my money back. WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING PERIOD. Never again.
