Purchased a cosmetic kit for my birthday.
The item was thrown into a mailing envelope….no protective wrapping. Looked like an elephant had sat on it. The leather corners are wrinkled and crushed. I have polished them w leather polish and stuffed the kit w paper to revive. I own several Barrington products -this is the first time I have express careless packaging.
My wallet came in within the 10-14 day time period. The quality is wonderful.
Shipping was on time (14 days) and customer service was great!

I absolutely love my Barrington travel bag. I love that the bag has a sleeve to attach to my suitcase. I wish Barrington sold a smaller bag with a sleeve for travel occasions.
It did take a full 2 weeks to receive my bag. The bag looks great and is very functional. I'll likely order more from Barrington gifts in the future.
They sell quality bags here, I've not had any issues with them since I have been buying. Delivery is also very fast. I'd visit there again

This order was a replacement for my first Barrington St Anne tote. I carried the original purse for years and it seemed like a good time to replace and take advantage of your sale. This time, I ordered with the zipper closure. Love that. I absolutely love these totes. The three pockets on one side and the large zipper compartment on the other really make this tote useful. I get more compliments and comments on this purse than anything I have ever owed. As a matter of fact, while at the bank, a man actually came up to me because he was a big game hunter and what to know about this purse in the axis deer print. He wanted to buy one for his wife! I'm a walking advertisement Barrington! Seriously, people of all races and different socioeconomic status stop me and ask about this purse. They are usually surprised that it's not real fur and I always tell them about your website and I'm sure to add that you are a local company out of Dallas. I have purchased the St Anne tote as gifts as well. Love it!
