This review is coming from a business owner. I had a major issue with delivery. Which it was no fault of mines or the shipper until they asked me to pay the shipping to have the purchased and paid merchandise reshipped to me. Very bad business in my opinion. As a business owner my product and customer comes 1st. I'm done with this BeCreateful and will never use them again. The women on the phone also pointed out my order was less then $20.00 and that she paid to have it returned to BeCreateful and that we were even. I have a very large following in the creative online world and will be letting them know my experience with Becreateful. I got the info from one of my groups. Very bad business practices. Very sad, I heard very good things about this company.

This company helped me with starting my business, by taking time to talk with me about the Rhinestones difference in sizes, quality and much more. There prices are the best and they have the best orange sticky flock template. They have custom designed over 300 digital downloads for me and they respond to any questions that I have. They have a Facebook page that helps the beginner to the Rhinestone design and they also help the more advanced.

Can be returned. Once an order is returned we contact our customers to verify the address. Once updated the package requires additional postage to reship and the customer is responsible for the shipping since the information was provided by them.
