I know you are trying to prevent theft by requiring a signature. I had to spend all day at home because ups kept changing what time packages were to be delivered. Please on orders let customers check if that won't to have to sign for packages. Thanks

I placed two separate orders about 10 days apart. First I ordered 3 black caps for my dock poles to see how I liked the product. Very good quality, sturdy well molded construction. So, I ordered 3 more for my remaining poles. Both orders were promptly filled and I would recommend this product and the company-- very satisfied.

Unprofessional company. Find another one. They don't provide an estimate of shipping. They give you the price of the article. They ask you data for payment. Boom they add a high shipping cost! Don't purchase here

I've had the worst customer service experience. The rep was rude/unprofessional/argumentative--even with my credit union rep on the call, too. "It takes one to know one," she said to me at one point. She threatened legal recourse. No sense of CS. I will share broadly. Do not buy from this company.

Your products are amazing, as well as your staff, especially Linda. Let's face it, you are only as good as your staff when trying to understand your order. Great job!
