My name is Joydeep Hazarika. I am new to Binance Platform. As I have been scammed from one of the registered users of Binance In P2P trade all they can do is freeze his/her wallet. And later said that the seller had already withdrawn all his/her money from his/her wallet. They are not co operating to give the details of seller when I asked I need his/her details to register a fraud case against him/her. I had already filed a case in cybercrime.gov.in but due to very little information I am not sure whether I will get justice at the end. They (Binance) had given me a link and that site doesn't open in nozilla firefox, Google Chrome or any other browser. Since I am also a user of Binance and that fraud person is also a user of Binance. Here the customer representative of Binance are not supporting the victim but rather are interested to protect the rights of the so and so called Fraudulent person. As Binance has now become a hub of all Fraud person and their safe haven for illegal activities people stay away from using Binance. They are Cheaters. I am going to file a petition in High court of India against Binance.

Binance is scam and a bankruptcy company do not use them, i warn you again do not use them i almost lost €16,500 in this fake binance wallet. I made a withdrawal and it was never credited to my bank account for more than a month, but i am glad i this recovery company was able to help me recover my money from binance in less than 24 hours. I think it's a mature and professional platform, i invested for some coin pairs, and the platform data correspond with market.

I like binance because of the really large trading volumes, only because of them it is worth working on this exchange.

But the tools for trading on this exchange are more hooch than bitforex and other specialised exchanges are full of.

Regarding the safety of your assets, Binance is probably the most trustworthy exchange you can find out there, however just like most of the mainstream exchange you have to abandon your privacy to user their services.

Frozen my account and will not let get my funds back. I've sent everything they have requested, bank statements, completion certificates, trading accounts from different exchanges, passports, driving licenses, etc. Every time you go on the chat you get told something different. They are uncontactable only through chat, they are stealing people's money with the excuse of safeguarding. I'm just grateful that I was able to get my coins out with the help of CHÁIN VAÜLT TECH... being unregulated gives them a license to do what they want …. I strongly advise staying well clear.

Binanace Sucks. I opened an account and used a fairly new bank to ACH and keep funds for investments organized well when I input the acct and routing number my bank locked my account suspecting they were not legit. I got that cleared. Then when I did put money into my wallet I had other investments running and I got the account slim but it was balanced out. I find out Binance really doesnt take the money out when it says you do so that messed up my plans... then the account got locked on binance then binance screwed up the bank then locked the bank, then sent over drawn fees because they pulled out more. The bank closed the accoutn I owe them money and Binance still has my money in a locked account... for the last 12 days. LAWSUIT, I hope they burn in hell broke.

I had 3.5 ETH stolen. I hired a crypto recovery investigator to trace it. It was deposited into Binance.
I had a police detective contact Binance several times. They refuse to cooperate with the police or provide any information. This was almost a year ago. Not a single response other than an autoresponder email.

Very expensive transfers. You can't get any full year tax report data from Binance without paying $60 to $100 to third party websites. That is, you need to pay a third party app, to see your own transactions in Binance! Been a customer for a couple of years, and am deeply disappointed.

Nothing good can come out of indulging with this site. You have more chance of success by pouring water into a basket than with them. I was thought a lesson the hard way by these scammers. Thankfully i reported to Tradersfundsrecovery. COM! And now my issues have been resolved and I can smile again.

I have tried to get an account with Binance US and there was an issue with the ID verification and login issues, I have been trying to sign up for services. I have given the persons from the company more identification than necessary, talked with maybe 5 or 6 different people through emails and 10 days later no one has fixed the issue. I don't understand how such an easy issue to fix, is such a difficult problem at hand due to the lack competent persons.
