So, long history, this summer I'd invested all of my savings into LaGrand Group (a trading company). When it was time to collect my profits, I had to send fees to them and never was able to collect my assets. Fast forward to now:
I was contacted by a banker with Blockchain and was told that they would help me recover funds. So trustingly & foolishly I paid some fees to send to my wallet. My funds are sitting there & I'm not sure how to access them. I was informed the other day that they've discovered more crypto in my name…Surprise surprise they want more money…I have no more to give, nor would I give anymore. I'm so angry, sad, embarrassed…

I was a sofa customer transfer horse mistake of my life was allowing and then the transfer my assets from Sofi to blockchain. I checked out the site beforehand and I thought I would give it a try. That was a mistake I could accept the initial mandatory hold time that they gave me of two weeks for my crypto to be available. But when I try to transfer to self custody wallet or sell it and recoup the money I was told I had a 3-month hold time. And when I submitted screenshots of of the error just kept asking me for more screenshots. There's nobody that I can physically talk to just random people on emails to keep giving me the same runaround. Or making excuses. And extending my whole time for my funds which now appears to be an indefinite hold since the time keeps extending by a week at a time. It seems I'll just have to take the loss or possibly hire a lawyer to get my funds back I highly recommend that anybody looking to do business with this company or use it as a crypto Marketplace or in the other way run as quickly as you can.

Been with them for years. Just HODL BTC...nothing special. Out of the blue they told me to get my coins out of my wallet within 24 hours or I will lose them. This is an obvious scam/threat on their part. Lucky I was near my PC and not on holiday or I would be out of pocket. I have no idea what they are playing at but does this sound normal? Froze my account with my BTC in it, said I needed to provide a bunch of specific documents that were not easy to find nor upload in their specific format they required. After doing so couldn't get a response for weeks even after submitting multiple requests then finally Vince said my account would be deleted and my remaining funds would be sent to the address of my choice to which I provided a new address now it's been a week and I still cannot hear from them. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, literal thieves plainly put. Do not trade with this platform

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a supposed regulatory body, bullying people into paying verification fees to release crypto funds, being advised just borrow the money from a family member or friend, encourage you to take out loans. Demanding you transfer the money into your cold wallet. I will be reporting them for their fraudulent activities. Please please stay clear of crypto-wealth experts too, they give you false information and tell lies. Never ever sign up to anything unless you fully understand the risks

I emailed them and asked a question on where did my money go when I sold my share. Instead of answering me they told me they are going to close my account and if I don't get my money out it will be lost forever.

I had a misfortune to invest over $37k with Blockchain.com They took my money and now ignore my pleas to let me cash it or forward it to an external wallet, or do anything with it for that matter. This the most useless crypto website I've used, I have been using this website for two years saving my crypto there, thinking I was in the right side not knowing I can't make a withdraw, I've been depositing all the time, i contacted the support service for the guidance to withdraw my ******* USD but I was unnoticed, I can't let this slide I report it to /gu ru D e.
