This was my second time using Bloom because my girlfriend finds their flowers last longer and they tend to have better arrangements than others in the area. But it's not just the quality of the bouquet, their customer service is excellent. I asked for a few modifications in my online order and wasn't sure if this would be possible. They reached out to me after they received the order and we were able to discuss my requests. They're very kind and easy to work with. I see no reason to go with anyone else.
Although I did not order or purchase any flowers for me that day, my husband, family and friends did. They were most beautiful and delightful. Thank you for your exceptional service.

It was super easy ordering from Bloom. I asked them to deliver to my friend in the Winkler hospital and that was also super easy. My friend said it was the most beautiful arrangement she has seen.
My wedding flowers were BROWN CRUSTED droopy large white roses. So so sad. My hubb's boutonniere totally fell apart on his first hug post I do. The petals literally fell beautifully to the ground. She added extra flowers I didn't want and charged me for the now oversized bulky bouquet. I was specific about how many flowers for my own reasons. She added other greenery after I confirmed 3x with the receptionist that I wanted only the small clutch of rises. "No Greenery" mentioned 3x and confirmed days before pick up.
If I would have known she would do her own designed bouquet I wouldn't have stomped on her inspiration by ordering what "I" wanted.
Bloom Floral has talented gals making their arrangements. The flowers are fresh and beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. They are our "go to" for all our floral needs.

I ordered a custom funeral arrangement for a friend and decided to pay more hoping that it would look even better than the ones that were pictured on their website. The custom arrangement they made was a little disappointing, it was smaller than what I was expecting and with few flowers and looked far from the other ones that were pictured on the their site. I should have picked something else instead of letting the florist make a custom one :( not bad, but I'm not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed.
Easy-to-navigate site. Easy to provide details. Reasonable prices and lovely selection. My Aunt was very pleased with bouquet. Based on my experience, I would rate customer service as excellent. I was able to see for myself via video link that it was indeed a lovely arrangement. Unfortunately, my Aunt had to be relocated to a residence outside delivery area of Bloom Floral so I am unable to purchase again. Best Wishes to Bloom Floral in all future endeavours.
