I've ordered twice from breakoutbras.com and both times I accidentally selected the wrong size on final sale items. I emailed their customer service department to request a different size and both times, within one day of my email, I received a response stating that my size issue had been resolved and the size I needed would be shipped. I am so impressed! Not many places offer this type of speedy, hassle free customer service anymore. Break Out Bras has a customer for life!

My experience with Breakout Bras has always been exceptional. This particular order I decided to stick with the Panache Underwire Sports Bra. I have tried several others... but I always come back to this style. I use this as my everyday bra. No other supports and lasts as well as these. And the shape is natural. I've ordered numerous others that claim to have a natural shape, but for the support I need, everything else either smooshes or creates a cone-shaped look. This is where Breakout Bras has been superb with their returns, even when purchasing from Canada.
BreakOut Bras uses deceptive sizing practices. I placed an order on their site for 2 bras that were purported to be USA 34H (marked UK 34FF). When I received them, they did not fit. Turns out they were marked US/UK 34FF... I then did some research and found that other brands have US/UK sizing exactly the same. For some reason, the staff at Breakout Bras is under the impression that cup sizes differ between US & UK bras, when they in fact do not. It took lots of arguing with these people to get a refund, and they still stand by their assertion that the cup sizes differ between US & UK sizing (if they did differ, the bras would have fit, but they did not). I won't do business with these people again.
