Alex Pittler made sure I received the help I needed following up with me until the process was complete. Recommend to others who need LLC help.
Broad financial is excellent! They are responsive and answer questions in detail. I am very pleased working with them year after year.
I like the fact Broad financial writes everything in detail on their website. If you have never been into investments, then I guess it's not a big deal with such a website and customer support. Moreover, you can pass a special quiz to choose the best plan for your needs.
I like there are no asset based fees, traditional and roth IRAs are available on every of presented plans with checkbook control + transactions are completely free. You can even choose the bank which you wish. There are tons of pluses of using services of Broad financials. Don't hesitate, start building your future with these guys!
I had to set up a brokerage account under my SDIRA LLC name, which no one besides B.F. Knew how to do. Alex walked me through every step of the process, and was available by phone and email to answer questions and even review forms to make sure I had them filled out right. Outstanding customer service!
I just want to say Joel Galkin has done a superb job in handling everything needed to complete any tasks for Halo Dog LLC. I will be closing my LLC in 2024 and I want Joel to complete any items to make that happen!
Joel answered it quickly and sent me to resources to calculate. Also explained the form to use to report it to IRS.
I highly recommend this company. Every time I had a question they were really quick to respond. They are extremely knowledgeable. Why deal with the shifty stock market when you can invest in directly in real estate and or private real estate lending.
Jeff, Joel, and the entire staff over at Broad Financial have been very informative, insightful, and attentive. Making this move to a self-directed IRA with checkbook control is one of the best things I could have done to take control of my financial future. There is a learning curve, but as with anything, the amount of time you put into it is what you get out of it and it's WORTH IT! This self-directed IRA has put control of my investments back into my hands. Now I'm able to TRULY diversify into other asset classes without the limitation presented by traditional 401K's. I'm excited to reap the rewards of my new financial freedom!
Answered all questions professionally and patiently
Many thanks
Always easy and productive working w Joel Galkin and his crew at Broad Financial. They make it very easy to comply w government requirements for a Solo 401-K. A good company to deal with; honest and detail oriented. AAA RATING
Broad Financial was recommended to me by a colleague. She recommends them to everyone looking to set up a self-directed IRA with checkbook control. She put me in touch with Jeff Astor and he patiently answered my many questions while I was doing my due diligence and creating my plan of action to set up and put my SD IRA to work. Once I was ready to go, the account application process was smooth and straightforward, but I was able to quickly get in touch with customer service along the way if I had questions. Every staff member I've spoken with has been pleasant and eager to help. If they don't know the answer they find out and get back to me or refer me to the appropriate person. There have been no surprises and their fee structure is simple which is not true for many other self-directed IRA companies. I can't speak highly enough of Broad Financial and look forward to a long and rewarding working relationship with them. If you're considering a self-directed IRA, it can be a bit scary and confusing to navigate all the information available online. Broad Financial gives you the support and knowledge you need to confidently take charge of your IRA investments.
We were new to understanding Solo 401k, Broad Financial walked us through it with us and helped us every step of the way.
I called with some pretty technical questions about my two self-directed accounts at Broad Financial. The person who helped me was very knowledgable. All my questions were answered AND I learned some valuable additional information too. They are a great resource!
I called to ask a simple question? Their system told me everyone was busy and they would call me back when they were free. Joel called me back but I was busy when he called me so he went to voicemail. He left his name and extension in his message. I called him back when I was done and he answered. We talked for maybe two minutes and he helped me understand what I was questioning. I wish all customer service was this easy!
After making a deposit, I found that I was not receiving the same level of success with the other areas of their service. Specifically, obtaining refunds became a challenging task, and there were requests for additional funds, which made me skeptical about the legitimacy of the service. Consequently, I decided to switch to fundlabllc, com as they have a reliable platform that consistently provides payouts.
My experience with the previous service was disappointing, to say the least. Despite making a deposit, I did not receive the same level of success with their other services. The process of obtaining refunds became increasingly difficult, which led me to doubt the authenticity of the service. I started receiving requests for additional funds, which further fueled my suspicion that I was being scammed.
After much contemplation, I decided to switch to fundlabllc, com, which has a reputable platform known for providing consistent payouts. Since making the switch, I have had a much better experience with their service. The platform is user-friendly, and I have not encountered any issues with obtaining refunds or receiving requests for additional funds. Overall, my decision to switch to fundlabllc.com has been a wise one, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and trustworthy investment platform.
My experience with Broad Financial, Madison Trust and Solera Bank has been exceptional. I have a Roth and Traditional IRA with iTrust Capital which has been good, but limiting. Broad Financial provided the process and directions on how to do this correctly. All the agents I worked with at all three organizations were knowledgeable and timely in their help. It does take time and there are fees to consider, but anyone wanting to self direct their IRA should use this process.
I transitioned some of my retirement assets to a Self Directed IRA with Broad Financial because I wanted to invest in local real estate. Broad has been great to work with over several years. The initial establishment of my SDIRA was done efficiently and I have been able manage it myself, follow the IRS guidelines, adhere to reporting requirements, and increase the value of my investments. Broad has been there all along for any questions I have had along the way. They are extremely responsive when I reach out to them. The service fees are very reasonable given the value they provide. I happily recommend Broad if you are considering a SDIRA.
Response promptly - the designed or whoever the representative you reached always answers your questions in their best experience.
Joel Galkin was very knowledgeable regarding my situation. I actually called him twice to get more information and he answered both times. Extremely helpful
Excellent. Every interaction I had with your staff was professional and courteous
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
