This was an excellent transaction, good product, nice packaging, quick shipping, and great communication.
Their selection of parts is outstanding, any issues were addresses by their customer service staff and they followed up multiple times. Web site navigation is very good however their payment interfacing software appears to have glitches. If this is an issue for you, just call and pay over the phone, that's probably how I'll handle my next purchase.

Worked perfect, good quality hinges to replace the old cabinet ones. Wish I read the description better because they do not come with screws like the last ones i bought. So 400 screws purchased at Lowes. They work nice and were a perfect fit.

Can't believe I found replacement parts for my old shutters at such a low cost. I had new windows installed recently and the installers ended up breaking the magnets on my shutters. Tried going to big box stores and couldn't find what I needed. One quick search on your site and I found the items. They arrived quickly as well.
I bought a 16 year old house that had all polished brass knobs, hinges & accessories that looked old and tired. I replaced everything except the plantation shutter hinges, which were also weathered looking brass, until I found these white hinges (the shutters are white) on Cabinetknob.com. Unlike most online sites Cabinetknob.com allowed me to order a single hinge without paying for shipping or handling. That was really appreciated. I checked out the hinge and it was nice quality and a geometric duplicate of the existing brass hinges including hole location so I ordered 140 more white hinges. They came quickly and I have begun replacing the brass ones room by room. I know its a small thing but it really does update the look of the shutters and therefore the whole house.
