I ordered a 2022 calendar in late December, and received an email on 1/3/22 that it was "on its way". Today is Jan 26, still no calendar. Can not imagine what explanation there would be. Will l even get it in time to use the January page? Doesn't look like it. Ridiculous.
I've used Calendars.com for the last 5 or 6 years and have been pleased with their selection of items, prices and shipping. There have been no negative experiences or any other issues.

Usually I have no problems with using this site but for some reason this year while checking out, I had 1 problem after another. Everytime I would input something it would say that it was wrong or there was an error. But then suddenly it would be fine & I could move on. It was annoying & stressful. Please fix this glitch.

I ordered 3 calendars and received a notification that they were being shipped on 12/20/21. So far they have not arrived. I've tried to contact customer support unsuccessfully, twice by email and at least 4 times by phone, with no response. I have contacted USPS and UPS. Both say they have not yet received the package from calendars.com. These were gifts for birthdays on January 4th and 6th. Very disappointed.

Online ordering process filled with glitches in address fields, discount code, and shopping cart. Requested expedited shipping. Over three weeks out and still no order. DHL is slower than USPS and does not offer tracking once destination country has been reached. Contacted CS via email, no response. Attempt to check order status result in error every time.
If you scroll through the complaints, it is evident that the company is aware of their fulfillment issues and continues to offer the same canned response:
"I am so sorry you had a negative experience. We had some challenging staffing and shipping issues this past year related to COVID. Please reach out to our customer service team at *******@calendars.com or *******645 and mention sitejabber. We will see what we can do to make the situation better."
If your order arrives without incident, all may be OK, but for any issues, do not expect prompt or courteous help specific to your situation. If the overall customer service experience was satisfactory, customer complaints would not be spilling over to a website like this.

I ordered on 12/2/21. I had to use an email address that I ordinarily never give out because the calendars.com site would not allow me to use any of the other addresses I have used in the past. Within 2 days I started receiving junk mail, scam mail, etc on the address I had just given them (and given no one else). As of this date (12/31/21) I have received 43 of these scams / phishing junk mails. Calendars.com violated my trust, so, even though my order was shipped (after a delay) and was correct, I will never use them again. There are plenty of other places that I can get calendars, guys, that will not trash my email id.

I, too, wish I had read all of these reviews before making my Christmas purchase at calendars.com It would have saved me a ton of frustration. Here's MY story:
Every year, my wife puts a LANG calendar on her Christmas wish list, and each year I get it for her. This year, she found a "Simply Shaker" calendar that she absolutely loved. I placed an order online on December 6th with an expected delivery date of December 15. I kept checking the tracking status, and every time I checked, it pushed the date further and further out as I watched it bounce all over New York State. It was fairly close to my home at one point, then was shipped up to Rochester (three hours away), then to Syracuse, etc. To my great disappointment, it finally arrived on Monday, December 27 (obviously late for Christmas) AND to top it all off, it was damaged. My wife was extremely disappointed and decided to call the company to see if she could return it for a better one. She has tried three times now since Monday but has not been able to get in touch with anyone at the company. Today, she waited 45 minutes on hold, listening to "We thank you for your patience" and she finally gave up AGAIN. We're really not sure what we're going to do at this point. I feel as if we're stuck with a damaged product and not sure how to rectify it. It's obviously impossible to get in touch with a representative at the company.
I personally will never order anything from this company again. I feel like my only recourse is to leave an honest review and let others know of our bad experience. Hopefully they won't make the same mistake as I did.

Placed an order, got an error message that said it was declined and didn't go through, they still charged my card anyways like this is apparently a normal thing and won't release the money.

It has been a terrible experience using Calendars.com. First, when I received my order, one of my calendars was missing. I called and was on hold for almost an hour, then hung up. I then was able to get ahold of someone on the chat session who stated that they would send a replacement. I have still yet to receive it and UPS tracking says that the label has been created, but no other information. I have sent them an email, with no response. I am very disappointed in this company and will not be using them again.

I tried to order this morning and could not get it to accept the coupon code for a 35% discount. Tried to do it 6 more times and finally gave up and tried to call them. Chose to have them call me back. Waited almost 6 hours and after several attempts got the site to take the code. Don't count on customer service, because they don't have any!

I created an account and ordered a calendar. I received an email to my personal email address confirming the order. It was supposedly shipped within 2-business days to my office, but later I found out that the post office had returned it because it was "undeliverable", whatever that means. I was charged to my bank account. I went to log into my account with Calendar.com, using my same email address, and it says that no account exists. There's no phone number to call anyone. Chat doesn't work. I'm disputing this with my bank.

Order 11/19. MC charged twice! After processing 4wks I called 12/13, they stated payment denied. MC said not. Charged $31 shipping after quoted $17 to expedite.

I have been scammed! I ordered 4 calendars for Christmas presents. I ordered them on 12/6/21. It is now 12/20/21 and I have not received them. I gave them my correct mailing address. I had a similar experience to others here. Ordered a calendar on 12/4 with expedited shipping, got an email saying it shipped on 12/6, it's 12/14 and USPS still shows the label is being created. Clearly this is a recurring issue with this company. Do not recommend at all! I realize it's busier times with the holidays but all other sites I've ordered from have no issues. This is a calendars.com issue not a shipper issue. Can't get through to anyone at customer service either, similar to other complaints. I usually don't leave reviews but this one is certainly worth it. Don't do it

Excellent layout of products makes it easy to find what you want. Lots of choices available to choose from. Site is easy to navigate. Will be getting my calendars here from now own.
Placed an order 11/23/21. Received email 11/24/21 that it had been shipped. As of today 12/8/21 tracking shows it has been sitting waiting on USPS acceptance since 12/3/21. I chatted with someone with calendars.com and was told it had been shipped. Well duh. My problem is, I think it is lost... why else would it have zero progression for that many days. This is a Christmas present and I am extremely disappointed in the shipping process as well as the response I received from customer service.
