I ordered this mug and the picture I sent looks nothing like the mug, it looks extremely unprofessional, I would like a new larger mug free of charge with the correct picture (in full) or I would just like to return it and receive a full refund. Please advise on return instructions.

Tried this company through groupon. Bought 4 canvas print groupons. It is strange that I could not place all orders together. Had to pay a huge shipping cost for every print.

Not completely satisfied with the customer experience on this. Was redirected to another offer (Standard thanksgiving one) where I can make more orders. Did not resolve my issue

I ordered two 16 x 20 canvases for Christmas presents. When they came in, I was not very happy because the canvas was not stretch tight over the frame. I notified CanvasOnSale and they immediately redid the pictures and sent them quickly. I am more than pleased with my purchase. I will definitely be buying more canvas in the future from CanvasOnSale.

I purchased the largest size blanket for the wedding couple and oh they loved it! The image was sooo clear. A must buy! Don't hesitate

Did not come with the backing to hang up and one came with fuzzy things all around the edges. Cant get hold of anyone in customer service.

Canvas was nicely done. Difficulty dragging photo on website so i had to print it as is. Very dark image as well.

Quality was better then expected. The picture was crystal clear! Shipping was fast and a great addition to our family portrait wall!
