I placed an order for my 2018 Durango RT and you guys called me back requesting a software update number and when I couldn't provide one, you advised me to call my local dealership to request the software update.when I called every Dodge dealer within my local area (5) all came back with the same answer that there was not any software number that superseded the ECU number that I provided. At which point you advised me that you could not help me and provide a good ECU for me that would benefit me and I then had to wait for my money to be refunded to my debit card. This was back in September 2025 maybe things have changed, I still need a new ECU module as the used one I purchased runs the vehicle however ABS and Airbag lights on the dash as well as multiple features no longer work. So I am still in the market for the proper repair (ECU Module)
Customer service representative actually knew their products which made my buying decision easy.
The PCM they sent me works as it should so far!
Recieved PCM in a timely manner.
