It seems to me that the upgrades are not known in advance. The states should have the exact classes you need without paying additionally.
CEU fast had a great variety of topics. The option to listen was very helpful to complete CEUs while running errands or completing other tasks.
I was down to the last few days to get all CE's I needed. I enjoyed the topics and actully learned a couple of things about OT help with postpartum care. I liked that it has audio and you can slow it down or speed it up.

I understand your wanting to speak to the highest echelon of students, but not all nurses can learn with such advanced English and terminological sentence structure. Many teaching points could be covered in far simpler terms while doing the subject perfect justice. Consider those whose first language is not English, as well as those below the NP or APRN level; yes, some things are necessarily complicated by their very natures, but there's no need to make everything overly technical. Other than this tendency to obfuscate clarity, I've found your material to be of much higher quality than the other companies' I've used for CEUs.

The playback on the audio would stop or repeat. I couldn't get it to move forward and I stopped on the middle and had to find time to read it. Very frustrating

Upgrades are only needed if you must complete coursework at the LPN level or higher. If you’re a nursing assistant, an upgrade isn’t required or recommended, as all applicable nursing assistant courses are included in the nurse aide tier. Courses available only under the unlimited access tier cannot be used for nursing assistant renewal.
The upgrade option is mainly for customers who purchased the nurse aide tier by mistake or who later obtain a license at the LPN level or above.
