I am satisfied with most products, but shipping takes too long, and several products are not as pictured.

I love the color of the dress and the fit is perfect. The only problem is that I wasn't aware (and could not tell by the picture) that there were so many sequins and sooo very shiny. I am not a showy person so it put me off at first but, because I love the color and style and fit so much, I decided to keep it and wear it for Christmas and be part of the decorations with my family. Lol

I ordered 2 dresses and both were of such thin material that they were more like nightgowns!

Your return policy is not very good. I could take a very small amount of money as a refund or of course get credit for the whole amount. But I could no longer find my original dress so I had to spend more money and I don't really care for the one I received the second time but I will just keep it because your return policy needs improvement

You will not get what you ordered. I ordered a sweater, but the sweater they sent was horrible cheap material nothing like what was pictured and described. Shame on them!

I was a five star customer until 2 consecutive problems with orders. Customer service handled things well and offered a credit to my account to try another dress. This time I went up a size even though I measure the first size I ordered. The replacement dress is too big now. I love their styles. But you may loose your money. Both of my orders could not be worn. The first order was small and damaged. The replacement order where I paid the difference and shipping was too big. Wish it was easy to exchange replace like with Amazon.

Easy to order but item took longer than expected for delivery.

I'd never ordered from this company before. I was starting to think this was a scam. I got a shipping link right away. A week later, still "waiting for package to be received" at shipper. Now it says "awaiting partner to receive package". I ordered Aug 14. It is the 25th and not only do I not have the product, tracking link still does not have an estimated delivery to me! Very disappointed. I have an event Sept 14 I was hoping to wear this item to. I guess I'll have to start looking elsewhere after losing 11 days! Not at all pleased! If I could rate a zero, I would.

Only one picture of dress. But 2 weeks after ordering no dress. Tracking number doesn't work. Contacted them twice says be patient

The dress that I ordered did not look like the one advertised. The fabric was like plastic. The fit is awful and not true to size. I had to pay extra to exchange for a larger size. The back and forth e-mails were confusing and tedious. It took months for the exchange to be completed.

Very nice fabric and color but doesn't fit larger busted women.

Tight in bust and I'm not busty! I live in Texas and thought it was cotton. Polyester doesn't work in hot humid climates!

I ordered a lovely dress with white appliqué and chiffon decor on the dress. It also had a chiffon jacket. The dress I received was a simple print cheap looking dress with absolutely none of the white appliqué flowers or chiffon on the dress itself. It did however have a chiffon jacket. I have written several emails. They continue to state that I received exactly what I ordered. They are still using the same picture in their online advertising. This an obvious example of fraudulent advertising. I can add pictures but they are on another device. I can write another review with pictures on my other device.

My return was handled well and I'm excited for my exchange item

Love the dresses. In my last order, one of the dresses doesn't fit, and there are no instructions for returning. Please email me instructions for returning if possible.

I ordered 3 items at a cost of $85. It took a month for them to arrive. The fabric on all items was listed as 100% cotton, but is obviously polyester ( no label with fabric content) I normally wear a size 10/12 but ordered an XL dress to make sure it was loose enough. It is too tight. Then I ordered a size L top according to the measurements in their chart, and couldn't even get it on. The pants were listed as "cropped" but turned out to be ankle length (I'm 5'7" so it isn't because I'm short) Return policy states that they can be returned within 30 days, but I just got offers of partial money return or lots of hoops to get through to return for 1/3 of what I paid. Ads on facebook say they come from U.S. but the label is from China! I will NOT purchase from them again.
