David Chesley law firm helped me tremendously when I needed them the most. I got charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm penal code 246.3 and also an HS *******. I honestly don't have that much experience selling methamphetamine, and I normally only shoot my gun at the firing range. I don't know what has gotten into me with the pandemic, but I'm starting to work through it. Thanks to David these charges (one was reduced the other dismissed) were resolved fairly quickly thank God. But I am going to turn my life around. Law Offices of David Chesley are the best criminal defense lawyers near me and they got it done. They are easy to work with and know how to make you comfortable when facing new situations. We were very satisfied with his experience and confidence working with the District Attorneys and Judge in the court and happy with the outcome of my case.

My experience with David Chesley was outstanding to say the least he was very respectful, professional experienced. Knows all the Judges and Prosecutors in Mission Viejo Courthouse. Handled a drug case, domestic violence, and sex crimes charge in the same Courtroom I was in, He was always honest and direct, always willing to answer any questions and never got upset. He's an expert criminal lawyer, great for defense and I would hire him again to be my lawyer for sure.

I was in contempt of court because my lawyers did not attend my hearing. I personally emailed them the information about the hearing and they flat out did not show up. It wasn't until I called them to tell them that there was a warrant for my arrest that they finally realized their screw up.

They kept me in the dark about EVERYTHING. Two weeks before my hearing (that was rescheduled because THEY missed the date), I had to educate my attorney about the facts of my case. He had no idea about my situation and unfortunately, was clueless at the hearing as well.

I am due back in court in December. I have sent two emails and one phone requesting a status update on my case and have not received not even a confirmation call.

THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND LIARS! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

Under unfortunate circumstances I was in need of a defense attorney. I am extremely fortunate that I was referred to Mr. Chesley.
