I paid for a trial and when I opened tje information it was nit even updated. I know the results I received were wrong as the look up numbers I used I have full access to the cell phones bills and the names. So after minutes I canceled my subscription. They said that if I canceled during my trial period I'd be charged a 1 time fee of $9.95 well they charged me pretty much for every tab I touched on the site. To not only give me out of date information but to charge such an outlandish price for information that is years old is very upsetting to me. They also have a disclaimer that not all information is upto date but you cannot read the disclaimer until you pay because you can't log into their site till you pay. Then to cancel because that's exactly what happened the information isn't up to date they slammed me with not 1 one time fee but they hit me with 2 of them because no where does it say that each search you do you have to cancel so they get to charge you twice for cancelation of the what is supposed to be a trial... Clicksearch is a scam beware of this site

I once came across a list of phone numbers with initials. It turned out to be my Dad's list of some of his best clients. Thanks to ClickSearch reverse phone search, I found out about them. ClickSearch is very convenient whether you're looking for a person or you're wondering about an unknown phone number. It may not be free and it's amazingly hassle-free.

I find ClickSearch reports thorough and easy to understand. Everything is clearly laid out so it's easier to pick the data I need.

I did the 3 day trial for $0.95, next thing I know, I've been charged almost $200.00 in 4 different charges, $9.95, $39.95, $89.95, and $59.95. I've been in contact with them every single day for 2 weeks, and it's always your refund is on the way, only contact via email, and today, it's been refunded, but my bank says that isn't true. I'm having to dispute the charges through my bank, and if need be, starting a lawsuit. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

This company ripped me off. I don't advise anyone to use them every. Made quite a few phone calls and they still keep taking money out. Was charged. 95 to begin with. Then I called and cancelled on the 2nd day. And on the 3rd day, they took, 39.95 out of my account and I called again and they said it was cancelled. But then they took out 9.95. I called again and he said it was a cancellation fee. On a 3 day trial. There should be no cancellation fee. I never was able to see any thing that I was searching for on this site. Total rip off.

I have read all the reviews I am currently in the same situation they have taking over 200 off of my debit card this all started July 27 and I still don't have my money now I am forced to take legal action please contact Jill *******317 if you would like to help this from happening

I lost my cellphone at a hotel where I stayed. I happened to find click search through google. First and foremost it stated that it was a free site and it had 0.00 charge.
I entered my phone number to search for my phone. They never found it. I ONLY been on the site for no more that 10 minutes.
After coming off I noticed 6 emails was sent to my me from clicksearch and there was charges to my credit card. I was livid because they charged my card at four times for a total of $9.95 each, a charge for $58.95 and another charge for $0.95.
I sent an email to them enquiring as to why was all those charges taken off my credit card AND for what reason when their site says FREE.
What Piss me off the more was that they told me that someone will get to me to discuss it and NOBODY reach out to me to do so. I'm ready to cuss whomever took the funds of my card because they're a thief.

If i could give a review with minus stars i would, but you cant. I actually ended up on this site by mistake i was helping a friend look for her daughter thru her phone, but somehow i supposedly order a report thru this company they charged me $60.00 immediately i never got the report, and its been over 2 weeks and im still waiting for my refund, of which i dont think theyve actually processed theit just another company who thinks its ok to lie and take from the consumer with no remorse. Its ironic they are a search company that takes but does not help.

I thought for. 95 cents I would give them a try. I was wanting to locate a phone, there pre-information said: phone location - Yes. What little information they came back with was all wrong and the reason I know it wa s wrong because I am a co-owner of the phone in question. I cancelled immediately via email and phone. I then noticed my card was charged the. 95 cents and $9.95 & $29.95, for what I do not know as their report did not even contain. 95 cents worth of information! I have been given the same song and dance for (31) days now about my refund has been issued but they will not give me a date it was issued and I have yet to received any refund. Do not think they are big on giving refunds. They just keep telling you the same thing over and over. I guess they figure eventually I will just give up and let them just steal my money, wrong answer!

I ordered a one time report and cancelled within the trial period and stated I would not be charged, but when cancelled within the time frame I was charged a $9.95 cancellation fee, just ridiculous! I DO NOT recommend!

Over a month and these people have not refunded my money for service that is of no use to me. I did a trial of $0.95 and canceled immediately, next i saw a debit of $19.95 & $29.95 being charged to me. I got in contact with them right away and was told I'd be refunded the full amount. One month after and a lot of back and forth and still no refund. Scammers. Imagine how many other people they have done this to. Scammers!

On July 19th I received an email stating that I would receive a full refund in 1-5 business days. This did not happen. I called today and was told that I would receive a call back from a supervisor. This did not happen. Instead I received an email stating that I will receive a refund in 1-5 business days. I called again and was told by your rep that he did not know why I had not received a refund and that he could not help me and he hung up.

Charges were made to my account that were not authorized and I have been contacting them for almost 3 weeks. They keep telling me it's coming, but still no refund. The toll free number representatives only say my concerns will be escalated but I can't get anybody to return my call. Only receive emails.

Legally websites are required to remove the peoples personal data per their request and not to sell them. This website AKA https://clicksearch.us/ which holds no physical address and real identity linked to a vague phone number has refused to remove the data and just send generic redundant emails under the masked name and email Donald Bennett (ClickSearch) <*******@clicksearch.zendesk.com>

The website was contacted multiple times after weeks of communication to have the personal data removed but they hang up on the phone and finally refuse to answer to the only number given *******569. FTC should pull this scammers down and this site shouldn't be making money at the expense of other peoples privacy violation.

They have also asked for proving legal documents to have the data remove which was done though this is not something they are authorized to do and it is illegal. Here I also attached the picture of an email showing what they also asked as legal documents which also didn't help to remove my data as mentioned so far. See the picture attached.

April 7th, 2022 I signed up with Clicksearch for a one week trial for $. 95. The very next day, April 8th I checked my bank account and not only was I charged the 95cents, but 5 other charges for a total of $136.67! I immediately called the "customer support" number and emailed the company. I have sent and received at least 12
Emails and the response is always the same, "please give us 7-10 days to refund your money". The latest response was to give them 2-3 days as sometimes banks are slow to show they've received a refund! That was 2 weeks ago. The emails are from a "Donald Bennett, with no title to his name, and no phone number. I have called "Customer Service " and spoke with a lady who says she is in "Asia", another in the Philippines, which sounded authentic by the roosters crowing in the background. All I'm told is that they can read all the email transcripts between "Donald" and myself, then tell me they will put a note that I called! When I ask for a manager, another phone number, I'm told the Donald is the only person who can help me, however, the cannot give me a number to talk to him. Also, judging from the canned emails I receive, I doubt there really is a "Donald Bennett".
AND this company has the audacity to advertise that they can help with scammers! Of course they can, because they are scammers! I've been waiting now for 2 months for my money that was fraudulently taken from my back account.

DO NOT USE! I tried the "Free" trial for. 95 because my son lost his phone & the website said they could locate it. WRONG! They didn't even have the right owner of the phone & the location was completely incorrect as well. Even worse they charged my card MULTIPLE times without my authorization which resulted in my bank shutting down the card. The bank has deemed it fraudulent activity and/or phishing because they didn't even wait for the trial period before they started slamming the card with multiple unauthorized charges. DO NOT USE THIS!
