Clinique has great products and selection. They take time to give you the products you need after asking questions of concerns and what products you're currently using. I believe that different skin types need different items. And I'm well aware that one brand's goods would not suit everybody.

Clinique provides a wonderful assortment of items. They take the time to ask you questions about your issues and what goods you're already utilizing before giving you the items you require. They also give you numerous samples that you may take home to see whether you have an adverse reaction to them. They were quite helpful in answering all of my problems and recommending solutions that were extremely beneficial.

I just contacted Clinique to return 3 foundations that I received less than a week ago. Their website directs you to an automated chat.
**Note, the chat bots won't notify you that you will be waiting forever without a if no one is available, so you will have to guess on which days and hours an agent will be present. You will just get:"An agent is typing."

After 44 minutes, WITH A LIVE AGENT ENGAGED, I was continually told to retype my zipcode, email, order #, etc. even though I, myself, could simply look above in the chat and see that information, already typed where asked.
How this process took this long, I have no idea. I've returned products to other companies, who simply located the order number and your name and found it easily.

In the end, the agent said an email was sent with a return label. After 25 additional minutes, and no label, I called Clinique by phone. I reached an offshore call center, where the person actually laughed, saying the label would take around two days or so to get to my email box. HUH!? Mmmk.

So now I'll wait. I'd give up if it weren't over $100 worth of makeup. I'm guessing that's how Clinique likes it. They count on folks giving up after too many hoops. I have already ordered new makeup through another company, who are quick with returns and even (Surprise!) include a return request inside the box with your order. Just like in the "olden" days.

I can tell you, we are going to be sincerely bummed out when the brick and mortar stores go away, because I am noticing more companies behaving this way, knowing you have nowhere else to go for products and they can treat you how they like!
And I reeeeaaaaally liked the simplicity of ordering online with terrific return policies. Those days are diminishing fast.

For now, I will look for other companies with good customer service to replace each and every Clinique product I own. This silly review is the last bit of time I will waste on that corporation; I have no more time for this dismissive behavior from companies that should earn my business. They can turn into the McDonald's of cosmetics for all I care. I can and will pay more to be rid of them ;)

Offers from the proven reliable online store Clinique, it is he who represents the bestsellers that are chosen by millions of people around the world, including me. I will not change this brand and do not recommend it. Thank you for the quality product.

In fact, the products of this brand are not bad, even very good, but I probably expected too much. I did not quite like the cream according to the declared composition and action.

I love their cosmetics. This is the best thing that has happened to my skin. I order cosmetics more than 4 times and always everything is up to par. The quality of cosmetics is excellent, the staff is nice and there was always good and fast delivery, but this time I was unlucky and my order arrived much later than promised and it was annoying. But this is the first and last time)
