Don't waste your time or your money. Cheap frames. Horrible customer service. If anything happens to your prints they will blame the courier and follow that policy. You won't be getting a refund. So in other words they've adopted a "not our fault" approach to customer service.

I ended up returning the 3-piece set since it clearly did not match what was advertised and the company is refusing to refund me! My wife had shipped the items back to them, but she threw away the USPS receipt with the tracking number. They obviously received the items back as it was shipped to their provided return address, but they're not admitting to receiving the items because I can't provide the tracking number.

They don't seem like a large company by any means since they never answer their phones and the same 2 people always email back, so you can't tell me they're too busy to find my returned package. Absolutely ridiculous!

They sell garbage products and made false statement's to my credit card company when I disputed the charges. I spoke to customer service and the stopped emailing me at some point. Look at the photos I paid almost $800.00 for plexi and a poster. Real junk... I reported them to the better business bureau. I attached the link to it. The Products are very cheaply made and well overpriced. Their customer service is terrible as you get a different person every time and it can days to get a response between emails. I have a damaged frame and Print but overall the 3 prints were not amazing and I wanted to return them. I am still trying! In the meantime a clock I ordered is spray painted gold looks cheap has dent marks and scratches. Really wish I had not made taken my chances with them.

We were looking for a specific color scene on canvas. Clockcanvas had exactly what we were looking for. I was nervouse of the quality. We received it and it is by far the highest quality canvas piece we have. I highly recommend Clockcanvas. They will be the first place I look for wall decor for now on.

I received the clock 9 months ago and since then, the batteries have gone out twice. The first time I replaced them, the clock worked fine. The second time I replaced them, the clock completely stopped working.

After contacting customer support, asking if I could get a replace (offering to pay for shipping, taxes and even manufacturing cost of clock) - not just asking for a free replacement - I was told no due to it being out of the 180 day window.

Customer service was a bit rude and just kept asking me if I used carbon batteries (yes - I've tried upwards of 15 carbon batteries). Then only mentioned their "policy" without details, so I had to go digging to discover the 180 day window.

Quite a rubbish product if it only works for 9 month after the purchase date. Funny the window is only 180 days... Thanks for the support, Dave.

If you are looking to buy wall pictures then please buy it from this website. Bought mine and I am so happy that I did, best quality reasonably priced and great customer service

This was my second order from Clockcanvas and it did not fail to disappoint. Packaged securely, shipped quickly and quality of picture to a high standard. Love, love, love their products and highly recommend!

I ordered framed pictures 16 days ago. I was told by the website that I would receive my package within 5 days. I emailed the company (after failed attempts to speak to someone) and days later received an email stating- "Our shipping partners are a bit backed up but your order has been processed and packaged" That was six days ago. Still no word on where my package may be and when I track my package, it states- "order ready, cannot determine appropriate carrier for your tracking number" I'm not sure what this even means but this company has made a simple order incredibly difficult. This was a gift in addition so even if I do eventually receive the package, it's essentially too late. Do not recommend this company!

I am decorating my new apartment, and I have already bought three beautiful unframed canvas print from ClockCanvas. I am very happy with the quality and delivery. I will definitely shop at ClockCanvas again.

I purchased the wrong canvas by mistake. Unfortunately, communication is done only through email but had to because they are not in the US. They respond quickly but unfortunately it went to spam and didn't realize that they did.
I needed to return the canvas since I ordered the wrong item. I had to pay for shipping since they are a small business and it was my mistake, I had no problem doing so. The cost was high but hey shipped it here for free.
They refunded me immediately a full refund before even receiving it just had to show proof that it was sent.

I would use them again but hopefully not click the wrong button next time.

I recently purchased for the first time from Clock Canvas I thought that this company was selling clocks but they also sell beautiful canvases. I purchased the angel canvas and it was beautiful. When I originally ordered I ordered the wrong size, and I had to contact the customer service and Britney helped me through the process to get the right size. Everyone was very helpful in getting me the right size canvas and it came promptly with no defects. This is a business out of Great Britain but it took no time for the order to get to me. I am remodeling my home and this was the perfect purchase. I will definitely order from them again. You can't go wrong with this company.

I bought some Wall art for my daughter's room. When it arrived I realized that the size I ordered was much too big. They were so wonderful and working with me and immediately helped me exchange it for the right size. The art itself is beautiful and we love it. We'll definitely shop here again
