Once again your support team has saved the day. I recently had a problem with my email, and Cloudarion was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. My issue was fairly complex but he worked with me to get it resolved quickly and professionally.

I was just talking to Cloudarion team about a problem that I had with the cPanel on my SSDVPS. They were very pleasant and helpful and fixed my problem very quickly. I have never had any problems with any of the technical/support team and they should be highly recommended in their endeavors to maintain this high quality of service.

Cloudarion hosting web host is really professional. Support is available during the day light hours and provides a perfect opportunity to get some first hand information and assistance from a friendly voice always ready to help. Some sites also do stuff like make you advertise them even if you pay or not listen to suggestions and never communicate or anything.

In addition, for customers who do not speak English I offer training videos for site setup on the web sites. Actually my English is not perfect too. I would handle the situation.
