I ordered on Monday and paid extra for fast next-day service...just had surgery and was required to have the stockings to prevent blood clots. Unfortunately instead of arriving on Tuesday, they arrived on Saturday. Too late. I would appreciate a refund.

Never delivered. Too many hoops. A 12 year old is more computer savvy. Original order placed in Janury and they are placing it again Forget it. Better leave my credit card alone. I really needed the item for pressing medical concern.

Not good, been waiting over a week for my order, will never order from your company again.

I want to order the super thick soft socks 🧦 that my therapist gave me. How can I get them?

I have worn knee-high compression socks for years, this is my first experience with thigh high compression socks. I just love them, what a difference they make.

My first pair of Jobst Active wear were bought on recommendation on my recent visit to Australia visiting family. On my return to the Uk I was so impressed with the socks I tried to source another pair. I could only find Active wear in America. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were delivered. One week turn round, amazing, thank you.

I ordered products on Monday and requested UPS 2nd Day delivery, but products weren't delivered until Friday after I had to leave town for a trip.

Easy and complete always have my size and compression

Because I would be leaving town in the near future, I paid for faster shipping in order to guarantee I would get them before I left town. They did not arrive as planned. I did not receive them until our mail was delivered after we returned home.

The socks arrived quickly, delivery on time. The price is excellent.

The product was delivered in a timely manner. The product is comfortable and functional.

This is my third or fourth order. These compression socks are by far my favorite! I will order again when they go on sale.

My feet hurt a lot less wearing these as opposed to when I don't wear them at work.

Ordering was easy and they did take a little longer than expected, but that is because they are delivered by USPS. Our mail is delivered only once a week, so the delay was not unexpected

The customer service rep told me that, if I paid for one day air shipping (over $44.00), I would receive the product the next day. I placed the order and paid that fee. I did not receive it for four days. The company has not responded to providing a refund of that fee. The delay in receiving the product impacted my surgical recovery. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

Prompt- very comfortable socks. I ordered the so soft socks. Will order more.

I have several sets of thigh-high closed toe stockings at this point and noticed a run, so in looking to replace I found some on-line here. Have not tried yet, have used the glue that I bought and it's SOOOO much more than the prior 'trick' of elmers 'purple' stick paste.

The email asked to select either "Yes" I received my order or "NO" I have not received my order.
Unfortunately there was not a reply section for "NO" so I am replying here.

I have yet to receive my order. They are very prompt in asking for review of service but I can't review what I never received
