Great Return Service

I've read the last several postings, and after sending my dress back because it was a size to big I experienced excellent service. Micah whom I spoke with 2x notified the warehouse and found a size larger. She sent me shipping label for the return and basically took care of all issues I had. The second Terani dress was perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Site is a joke. They are in the business of extorting restocking fees from you. That's what they do.

Return policy obscure, hidden, not clear... buy, then request a refund, then prepare for lengthy negotiations to try to get them to be reasonable. Absolutely absurd customer service. Nighty nighty couture candy, days are numbered.

Just ordered and received gorgeous Terani Sparking Cocktail dress! Love it! Ordering was easy, had questions about the dress and customer service was very nice and friendly. Very happy with my purchase.

Needed to exchange a dress for a different size. They don't allow exchanges, you have to return and re-buy. Oh and they charge you 10% for a re-stocking fee and another 10% re-stocking fee if you don't return the dress within five days. Very shady. Ended up buying the dress directly from the manufacturer (Dessy) which doesn't have any re-stocking fees. Whatever that even means.

Restocking fee scam
August 17, 2016

I ordered a dress which was not delivered to me on-time, I was charged 10%-20% restocking fee because I returned it 30 days later, so I paid $100 for a dress I did not keep. Buyer beware of CoutureCandy return policy! It is not in your best interest to shop here.

Horrible customer service - had to spend hours and lodge a complaint with Better Business Bureau to get them to honor a $350 credit from before the management change last year. Having finally gotten it (took hours of my time) I cannot even find anything to buy - their merchandise is now awful. Sorely disappointed.

First-time customer to what seemed an exciting website, filled with high-end designers.
Ordered on Memorial Weekend an item that was priced very well. In stock. Paid via
Pay Pal. 2 days later received an email "apologize, item out of stock, will credit your
Method of payment". Yet... item continues now... 3 days later, to be in stock BUT at
Price approximately 60% higher. Contacted Couture Candy and told by woman, Ameth,
That, no, I could not order that item (though it continues to be on their site) nor another
Same item (different color) at THAT price. Though I COULD order it at "today's price" which
Was 60% higher. Refused to honor same item (or same item, different color) at holiday price
I signed on for. Be VERY careful dealing with this company. Not honest, nor ethical in
Their customer dealings. So disappointed. Yes... sadly "too good to be true".

I've been attempting to contact this company since AUGUST. I bought a pair of Free People boots at what I thought was a great price, but sometimes when things are too good to be true, they are. I paid $160, got a confirmation email right away, and even got a shipping notification not too long after. A month went by, nothing... the shipping document they sent shows something being delivered to GERMANY, not the US. I have sent more emails than I can count, called a number that is out of service, tried Facebook, Twitter, the BBB... nothing. Their site is still live so BUYER BEWARE - they are thieves and will steal your money and you will NOT get what you paid for nor will you EVER be able to reach someone to find out why.

I was very excited to find a dress I had my eye on on sale and promptly ordered it. After getting my order confirmation I never received any further information, no shipping info, no item. Tried to log into my account online and could not do so, called customer service. All the person could tell me was that the website was under construction and could not be accessed at that time but I could email "the manager" using the "customer care" email link and they would be able to help. The phone connection on their end was so poor I could barely make out what she was saying. But I did email customer care with my order number and concerned and they promptly never replied. I have noticed that the item I ordered is now available at full non-sale price so I'm guessing my order was cancelled so they could sell it for full price even thought I just bought it legitimately on sale. Given the non existent customer service this business is not one I would recommend buying from. Amateur hour at best. Spend your money & get you things elsewhere. Any issues at all and you will regret relying on Couture Candy.

Couture Candy carries all of my favorite designers! Bailey 44, Joe's Jeans, Alexis, 360 cashmere - all top designers! They typically have 10% off sitewide which offsets tax and is more than I can get in my local boutiques. Free ground shipping on orders over $150.
