I have nine bitcoins, and a bit of other cryptocurrency in my account with the company.
I used have telephone discussions with the account manager allocated to me, up till around August, 2020. His name was Adam Kovach.

All of a sudden, phone calls from him stopped in August 2020.
Attempts made to call the company lines was not successful as the numbers could not be reached.

I received an e-mail from the company in January, 2021 or December, 2020, in which the company stated that its operation was affected by the COVID pandemic; as such, its agents/officers were now concentrating on trading activities, and not much was being done in the area of clients liaison.

Now, the company's website could no longer be accessed. The company stated that the site had been taken down for reconstruction purpose.

I would want the company to give me my bitcoins. I would appreciate it very much

Sophia Adams was my rep and seemed very knowledgeable and helpful at first. She allowed me to use their money to invest and show me how it all works for about a month or two and even said I could keep any profits I made as soon as I funded the account with my own money. I never did give them my personal info though like they kept asking me to do so that was good. I always had a feeling because of the way they handled my account that it was kinda fishy so I only spent $500 to be sure it was legit. I feel bad for those who lost tens of thousands though. Not sure what to do but just say f@$& it! Any suggestions?

This company is a big scam. Please Please do not sign up with them. It's not a legitimate company. I spoke to a lady named Sophia Adams and she is a liar. When I started calling her to get some money back she disconnects my account and I no longer have a way to watch or sign in to my account. I tried to call and the number and it's a fake and I found out that this company is not a registered company. They scammed all my little savings. Don't sign up with them. The worse company to sign up with especially at a time like this when people don't have money to waste. I was laid off due to COVID and I trusted them and gave all my little savings. Please don't get SCAMMED by this organization. They are fake.

I signed up with Cryptobravos in February after being called for 3 months. I went through the reviews and they looked great. However since September I can not get of hold of anyone. They say their website is down for updates so I can't look at my account. Their number is now disconnected and everyone that I have tried to email back to get more information on what is going on says the email is no longer valid and gives me a error message, Think about it. They are 100% a scam. Stay away from this company. I was investing with crypto bravos for about 8 months. They make it seem so legit and you watch your money grow in your portfolio with them. I've even done a few withdraws which is crazy. But that's their tactic for you to invest more money. When I asked for my last withdraw though it was hell. I kept getting the runaround that he got covid and that another person is taking over my account meanwhile. That was after requesting a withdraw weeks before. So the new account manager wanted me to pay "commission" fees before withdraw. But it was a lie just to take more of your money. If you scammed by them and want a way to get your money back than I have a service I can refer you to. This company is verified and has good ratings. They are regulated and known by the as well FTC. I invested $7,800 never got my money back. I took out a loan with them of $46,000 and was making monthly payments for 6months. I bought 8 bitcoins.
Does anyone know what I can do, or who I can contact? Court/police who can help me and others that have gotten scammed. I have tried to reach my broker, but the website is down, the number always rings then sounds busy. The last time i spoke to my broker he said they were processing it to release my money. But after that i never heard from him or anyone from the site.

I was duped into investing my bitcoin into their system. After my money was with them they ask for my IRA money. They promised to pay the fees and penalties to move the funds but wouldn't put it in writing. Every time I asked to close my account they would send me a different account manager who would "look into it" while asking me for more money. Now it looks like they closed shop. How does an online crypto trading platform do business if they shut the interface. 1 year of $#*! scam from them with me being the unfortunate victim.
