Cuemath reps lie a lot & unskilled teachers. So i was not happy and asked for refund. They said refund only possible if i'm ok for

1) Amazon gift voucher
2) Walmart E Gift Vouchers

I never got my id password and was unable to take even a demo class. Service is so pathetic.
Total waste of time. And on top of that this idiot Manikandan K replying after 10days telling that they are unable to reach me. I am receiving call around the globe. Such a pathetic excuse. Cuemaths NOT recommended at all. Please go for alternatives.

We had a terrible experience with cuemath. The teacher was impatient, rude, condescending and insulting to our daughter. I was observing in the back and her hasty and arrogant attitude left my daughter feeling deflated and frustrated after each class. When I tried to switch teachers, the staff was pressuring me to give the teacher another chance. Knowing that we had complained, the teacher was resentful and continued to bully our 11 year old. When I got fed up and asked for a refund of the remaining two classes, they waited for the period to expire and stated that they cannot refund an expired account. They made no efforts to resolve the problem; just hungry for petty money. The teacher as well had a teribly heavy accent and was often difficult to understansd and had delayed internet connection. I would not recommend this company at all. Really poor experience and waste of time.

This thing is messed up. First the teachers are extremely rude. Second they will not cancel the remaining classes. Third there are frequent mishaps in their so called 'system' + they then blame it on the students that their is some problem from their end when really, its their terrible website's problem. I have probably a lot more points but for now just take care. Dont attend this nonsense website class. The entire thing is a waste of money.

I totally agree with the reviews that teachers don't show up. And neither can you access the lessons until they are unlocked. They just get the sheet solved and don't explain to the child the concept. They assured it will be 1:1 class and 2 months post the enrollment said they had policy change and now it's a group class, where children of different grades will be addressed at once. It's a scam to benefit from parents insecurity that they are providing the best to their kids. They won't give you anything in writing. If you send email on their customer care they will give you a call back and never email you anything concrete

S0igned up cuemath for my 10years old son as soon as they got paid Teachers don't show up. Asked for a refund and denied my refund. This a SCAM!

Cuemath has horrible customer service, and they won't allow us to cancel our remaining classes which is such a scam. The teachers are rude, and disrespectful, and they don't teach well. My daughter said that they teach too fast and despite multiple times of her telling them to either slow down, they don't. Please don't ever waste your money on cuemath because they will loop you in and scam you.

I paid them fully for my two kids for a certain number of classes (2000$). Now they say, they are not finishing the remaining classes if we don't renew for more classes. It is completely cheating! Even they are not paying me back which they promised to pay back if we don't do the classes!

Excellent visual examples that made learning so much more comprehensible for me, as a student. I love and appreciate how this site explains everything in precise detail as well as provides markedly helpful examples to further their explanations. Thank you Cuemath for everything.

AVOID CUEMATH IF POSSIBLE DON'T GO WITH THEM. The customer service is worst. Referral payment is a complete joke. We have been with cue math no referral amount yet instead I get excuses that some else referred the person I referred. And this has been going on for months. But the teacher is excellent.

We have registered for my kid for cuemath 9 months back for 1 year package for $1000. Once we registered and after few classes their response is worst. I have sent an multiple emails to *******@cuemath.com and they did not even respond to our query. I would suggest US people do not register with cue math and you will not see much improvement with Student.

I have nothing to review about CueMath's teachers, they are regular teachers, nothing extraordinary about it. The customer service department on the other hand has left me reeling in frustration. We initially only wanted to try the service for a shorter duration, but with promises of easy cancellation and free workbooks we were coaxed in to the longer tenure program. Now when we decided to quit Cuemath, its been an uphill battle. It sometimes feels like banging your head on a wall. Unresponsive, unreliable team. All those promises became blatant lies. Now we are asked to pay for unused workbooks which was initially dangled as carrots in front of us as freeeee. As soon as I mentioned cancellation, they want me to pay exorbitant amount of money for six 100 page workbooks.
Don't get me started on their apparent selling off my Phone number. I got 20 spam call at least in a day 2 days after sharing my number on their website. I haggled with one caller and ask them how did they get my number, he said, I probably shared it on one of the 'education' website. Cuemath is the only education website I ever gave my number to.
I am still in the midst of this fiasco. Its been a month since I am trying to cut my ties with this company and still struggling to get it done.

Whatever they promise while enrollment nothing kept, worst teacher, no coordinator, tickets closed without resolution. When you complaint your refer you to other level of program with high fee. Atlast they would not refund your amount which is their best selling point, " you can stop classes immediately mam, we will refund with 3 working days". It's a month and I am just nowhere. No escalation levels, no managers apart from Pranjal Gautam heading customer support and closing tickets on behalf of cuemath. Worst experience... Shame on you for making people beg for their own money.

I always hated math until I faced this service. I had plenty of bad marks on math at school because it didn't mean anything for me those times. However, whe I grew up I understood the necessity of math in our daily life. If you can calculate, count and multiply then you perhaps are better than 20% of the whole population of the planet. I applied here in order to find a tutor which would help me to acquire knowledge and skills in math. The platform chose a teacher for me and we got started to getting knowledge. Everything is okay now I know some basic theory in math and I'm glad that I decided to start learning it.

Login process took over 30 mins. Not at all user friendly. Username came on WhatsApp in bold black and some numbers in blue. Not telling you needed to input both. The they could not hear us. Was to get 1 hour free only got less than 30 mins. Lag on the line from India.
He had to ring mobile phone via WhatsApp and also logged on to laptop. My daughter said class was OK only OK. If you had to pay for that you would have got zero value for money. Overall very poor.

I paid cuemath $6000 for 3 kids and have never heard back from them since. When they wanted me to enroll my kids, they called me 28 times in a day, that is crazy.

I have tried calling them multiple times in a day, but still haven't heard back from them. It's been almost a month now.

I really would like to alert? All the parents who are planning to enroll their children, to be very careful of this scam. For me it is a scam, because I still haven't heard back nor got money back.

It's better to find a teacher online who charges you monthly or search someone local.

Don't fall for this.

When my cousine entered college I believed that he would handle all the difficulties, however he couldn't handle difficulties with math. I decided to search for some services which provide after college courses on maths. I applied to this company because ith as plenty of positive reviews and I liked the decoration of their website. They explained me all the details about after college classes and I told my cousin about it. I paid for courses, actually the payments aren't big at all. My cousin now attend classes and he has plenty of positive emotions and his progress has already increased.
