Easy to place order. The order came on time and the pants were as advertised and was what I wanted.
One item came in size small instead of medium. Two items are very different from what they look like in the online pix. Only one of four items fits. One item - an elegant dress I was going to wear to a wedding - is impossible to get on (no zipper) and the chiffon over jacket is not a true matching color. I was appalled to learn that I must pay for the return, and each item has to have its original tags on. Could not try them on with tags, so I guess returning is not possible. Will not ever order from this company again, they are not upfront, not clear, not fair, and not careful.

I was given an option of instead of returning a dress that did not fit i could order another, i was given a code "RosemaryBrackenGift." and there wasn't anywhere on the order to list the code. I don't think I'm going to get the $34.95 credit for the dress that did not fit.
The clothes are lovely but run too small. I'm trying to return the items and there is no phone number to talk to someone. I sent two e mails. When something is this hard to return it makes me not want to order again

It should have been stated that items were coming from overseas, so quick delivery was not possible, especially since I pd extra for 3 day delivery. Took almost a month from ordering. Probably will not get to wear items. Although they look as advertised.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
