My experience with CustomCat started off a bit challenging as a newcomer to the platform. It took a few tries to get the hang of things, as the interface isn't the most user-friendly. However, once I got familiar, the process became much smoother. On the positive side, the customer service team deserves a solid 5 stars—they were quick to respond and extremely helpful with any questions I had. Overall, CustomCat is a decent platform with excellent support, though it could be improved to make it more intuitive for beginners.

They are very active on their Facebook group to answer questions. I really like the Digisoft print method compared to DTG and the selection of athletic merch is great!
This is my first time using CustomCat. I am not a tech expert, but found this to be the easiest API install process of my career. The interface is quick, clean, and it flat out worked on my first attempt. The instructions were so clear. Thank You CustomCat team for making the last task of my 18 hour day the best!

Great quality products and easy use to design. Also easy to connect to other platforms for distribution.
I like Custom Cat but I wish it offered more items to choose from. I also hope it will offer more positions to create mockups such as an All Over Print and sleeves options.
