It was good. My problem has been fixed. Now it is working fine. Technician was very helpful. It was a good experience.

The technician was very helpful and patient, he consoled me all through the process, especially as I was very disgruntled. Through all of this, he ultimately got my printer to function the way it should be, I am very thankful and appreciative for his help.

Although my previous experience with this type of interaction was not good, I got the impression that this may be a more secure and reliable security option for me.

My Problem has been fixed.
The tech was very helpful. I was having problem with my Network But he was very Knowledgeable and patient with me.

Service was acceptable just have trouble understanding sometimes. People were patient with me. And problem has been fixed.

Everything is good fine and dandy it's all good believe me - would I lie? Well what the heck why not?
