English isn't my first language, so sorry about my spelling.
I've been a customer for around 2-3 years just buying some items now and than.
+cutomer service is good, but note if you have an problem just keep pushing them.
+the pay is pretty safe to use, various paying methods are acceptable
-shipping time is not always good when you select the cheapest china post air.
-tracking numbers are most of the time not working, unless dhl/fedex/ups whitch will work most of the time.
-paying is fast! But getting your money back for a refund can take some time please note that!

We have used Dear Lover and the service is not as you would hope. As a retailer we were attracted by the cheap prices. This reflects the service. Goods missing or not as described. Problems with returns and quality of some of the goods.

You can make an order on line as if the goods are in stock. Once you pay they will come back and tell you it's not in stock and only supply a partial delivery. Be careful- Not a very trustworthy way of conducting business.

Don't bother complaining- Most of their English is not very good and always "very sorry". Away and look elsewhere.

Had been using the website for dropship services for a a while with ok results - slow to ship and some dodgy items sent out. Made a large payment for 200 + customer orders (over $4000 worth) which they never sent! They only marked about half of the orders paid once we transferred the money then left them sitting marked as paid for weeks and weeks promising to send them each time i enquired! We are currently working with our bank to retrieve the money we paid. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

This is my first time ordering from dear lover. I received an email to say that my order was successful, however the information on the page stated that it was unpaid. I told Tony about my dilemma, he told me to send payment via another method and if they have the funds they would return it to me. After going back and forth with him and he told me they would cancel it however my bank has given them approval to run the funds. I would like to have my products but I believe my rep was very impatient. There should be an accounts department that handles issues like this.

After the funds were reversed I have ordered since using paypal. I must say the quality of the clothing is excellent. Customer service needs a whole lot of work however. So I had to give them two additional stars based on value for money and quality of goods.

Placed an order in March and as of today my order is "lost" according to their customer service. It only took me two weeks to get this response! This company is a scam. Place your order, pay for goods and never receive them. Never order from them, they give other China based wholesalers a bad name.

UPDATE: I just received my order yesterday, FINALLY. Out of the order, one was something I did not order, another two were very poor quality. Five of the dresses I did like. Quality is not the best and the garments smelled, I will have to wash them before putting them out. So, I will give them one more stars only because two of the dresses are very nice which surprised me. I will also remove the title Scam Company, they are a company just not managed very well. I guess bottom line with this company is to be careful when you order, don't expect too much.

I received merchandise from this company and it absolutely SUCKS there is no way that I can sell this merchandise to anyone. The sizing is way off med & large dresses and jumpers are more like kid sizes. I tried one dress on and almost chocked due to it not being made correctly and goes around the neck. The zippers don't work the seems are crooked. Now I'm out of $318 and it will cost me $112 to send back this company is a rip off and don't stand behind their merchandise because they know its poorly made. The worst experience I've ever had when ordering something online

This site is actually an extremely good value with various shipping methods offered. I got the box of clothing about a week after I ordered and the items were very good quality. I ordered $300 of stuff as a retailer and they actually seem like good quality (only 2 items were defective everything else was pretty much perfect condition. A wide range fo sizes are offered, so my customers are can make free choices. Who have interest in fashion womens wear can also contact me directly to shop with my website.

I'm probably the ANGRIEST human on the web right now so you guys I Orderd something on October 30. WITH Ems packaging ( it was a sale) So I Got the cheapest one it SPECIFICALLY Said 10-15 days to ship may god be my witness I Logged on November 10. The shipping price went back up (thank god I Already ordered) BUT Than I Seen they CHANGED my shipping to 20-30 I Have a homecoming dance on the 22nd of November this is Some bull$#!@.

Purchased from this company since 2008. Quality and workmanship is good for most items. Long time buying experience has taught me to differentiate between the high quality and low quality products. If unsure, I buy 1pc to check out. Their response in regards to defect complaints (beads falling off, material tear) is simply to keep silent. So if you have problems, don't expect much from them. I certainly don't. Experience has taught me that. I simply sell the defect products at cost on my website.

If an item is out of stock, they will email you and say they will "keep your money for your next order." I insist for a refund right away and even had to resort to opening a complaint via Paypal, as dear-lover team don't respond to email.

So guys, you may buy from Dear-lover but don't expect much from them in terms of customer service (keep your expectations low!). Their products are good, but you need to know which items to select.
