Feel like I was totally ripped off. I paid a premium price to get the original Miele HEPA AirClean SF-AH30. Other sites had the new version for half the price but I wanted the original one, so i paid the premium to get what was advertised. I received two SF-HA30s, the new version. This was a bait and switch h and my intention is to report you to the Better Business Bureau so others don't suffer the same fate.

So far so good - shipping fee seems excessive!
Delivery service was supposed to call when they were ~30 minutes away, they did not, and ended up dropping it off to area of the plant that was not where it needed to go. This resulted in confusion on the receiving end - we are large industrial complex.
Ordering was very easy now I hope the actual shipping and delivery is just as easy!
