Done Right's mission is to "do the job right the first time" and they did just that with my new white scalloped fence. My property was a nightmare with them hitting rock after rock, yet they made sure the entire fence is completely level and PERFECT! No other fence company would have ever done the job that Bruce and his crew did. They were beyond patient and absolutely crushed this job! I couldn't be happier! Done Right truly surpassed all expectations and gets a 5/5 from this happy customer. Be smart and call Done Right the first time!

After speaking with someone in the office, Bruce came out to our home the following day and provided us with a free quote.
After agreeing to all his great ideas and recommendations they started the landscaping and hardscaping work in our backyard within one week.
Done Rights staff came and started the work on-time and were so clean and professional. Everything we wanted was listened to immediately and taken care of. It's was such a relief working with such professionals!
The end product looks simply AMAZING! We could not have been happier!

Best Experience ever working with a contractor!

I called Done Right on Friday in a bit of a panic about how to handle a broken wall and neighbors who were potentially building a fence right on top of it. Bruce returned my call immediately and said he would come by and take a look for me that afternoon. A few hours later he called back and said he needed to help get his crew off a job as it had started raining. (I mention this because it's all about communication right so I didn't mind at ALL) Bruce said he would make time the next morning (on Saturday) and followed through with that given expectation. I had just spoke to the neighbors and that worked out at least for now but Bruce took a great amount of his time to answer my other questions and discuss projects I wanted to do next spring. I had spent an enormous amount of time trying to get the yard and leaves cleaned up for winter and had given up on the never-ending task of trying to pull out the bamboo that is slowly taking over the back yard. After talking with me for some time and hearing me mention this Bruce said he had a crew near me and could have them take care of the Bamboo and also do a fall clean-up. I was feeling overwhelmed by it all and was thrilled. Within hours, a very efficient crew showed up and completed everything Bruce had promised and more! He also came back and walked around with me to be sure I was satisfied with the work. Thanks so much for being responsive and professional, I would recommend these hard working men to anyone!

Very Responsive & Quality Work!

My sister has used Done Right Landscape multiple times a d always raved about the work they do and highly recommended I use that at my home in Stoneham, MA It's now been two years that I've used them for multiple projects including lawn cutting, hedge trimming, tree cutting and pruning, gutter cleaning and drainage work and my spring and fall cleanups and they always return my calls and get me in their busy schedule promptly. You won't find d a better landscape company.

Done Right Landscape is the way to go!
I had quite a large project and looked around at several companies to find the best fit for me. My search led me to Bruce Aleo of Done Right Landscape & Construction company of Wakefield, MA

He answered all my questions and made several excellent suggestions that would work best for the projects I had in mind. He also returned all my calls promptly when I had additional questions. Bruce is a true professional who clearly takes great pride in his work. The projects were done in a timely manner and at the end of each day his crew left me property spotless as if they weren't even there.

Thanks to Done Right Landscape I now have two beautiful Nicolock Paver walkways and a patio to enjoy for years to come.

Bruce at Done Right is awesome! Every time I called him he either answered or called me right back. I have a very difficult yard to manage and Bruce gave me his ideas to make it a great place for entertaining with little maintenance. We started the first phase by building a wall which exceeded my expectations and really opened up my yard. He got the job done in a timely manner and made sure everything was perfectly cleaned up when he was done. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs some outdoor work and/or guidance.

I've been working with Bruce at Done Right Landscape for the past seven years on several projects from small to large scale and around my entire property and the work is always first rate,.

My back yard looks like a postcard and is picture prefect. I'm a senior citizen and Bruce came up with a low maintenance design that I don't have to worry about any longer. He installed synthetic turf in my backyard with stone scraping and beautiful dwarf flowering trees and colorful perennial plants. All my neighbors are blown away with the dramatic transformation.

My landscaping cleanup was a HUGE project. All the work was completed, as expected, and there were no hidden costs or surprises! Bruce was great to work with, and he was very patient explaining exactly what he would do to clean my property up.

They went above and beyond with cutting down trees, stump grinding, removing any additional branches off of other trees that were dead and obstructing the view, and cleaning up the entire property from debris. They worked diligently and all day. By the end of a day and a half, I had fallen in love again with my property. It's amazing how cutting down a dead tree or a simple clean-up can totally change your landscape.

From day one, to the end of the project, the crew was awesome! They arrived on time; were very courteous and friendly, and truly appeared invested in doing the best work possible. Despite some grueling days, they just kept on working, as hard as ever! They were also open to my questions and, quickly responded to, and resolved, any concern I may have had! It was truly a joy to work with such a professional, dedicated team.

There are lots of companies out there, but, for all my family and friends, I would whole heartedly recommend they use Done Right Landscape and Construction for all their landscape needs! It was truly a pleasure working with them!"

They don't make them like this anymore! Over the past 8 years I've tried many times to get a landscape company to help me with a large backyard reconstruction. I wasted money and time before I finally called Bruce from Done Right Landscaping. He was the first person that didn't sigh or shake his head at me. After a half an hour he came up with a plan to fix my yard on the budget of a school teacher. They came exactly when they said they would and worked like a small army. Within a short time the dugout my entire yard which is big enough to hold a 20x40 inground pool. They replaced it fresh loom and put down sod. They built a brand new retaining wall around the entire property put in drainage with beautiful crushed stone and installed a fence. Words will never explain what they did and the level of professionalism they displayed. As corny as it sounds the jog gets Done Right the first time! If you don't want to do it again anytime soon these are the professionals you need!

I contacted Done Right Landscape & Construction after finding them on Angie's List. We were given a call back by Bruce, the owner of the company, with in the hour. He arrived at our home soon there after. He is friendly, informative, knowledgable, in his assessment and follow through... He also put us at ease.

Our yard was a real mess! We had a complete clean-up of the backyard, front of the house, and driveway area. Some of the work included: De-weeding, lawn cutting and string trimming. Trimming and pruning hedges and pruning back lower dead tree limbs. Weed killer was sprayed in the driveway cracks and along the foundation. He even planted a Rosebush out in the front area of our home. Which was a nice touch.,
When we returned; we were amazed at how fantastic our yard looked, and in such a short time! The end result was terrific, and we are very pleased with the transformation. Bruce and his Team are pleasant, professional, experienced, and very confident in their working ability. You can tell they all take pride in what they do. My goodness they work so very hard!

They cleaned up the left over debris very well, and it's like no one was ever here when they were gone. Our needs were listened to and heard, and what was promised was delivered. (and then some!) Actually, delivered 3 days before promised! We are very happy with the job.

Bruce was a great representative for the company. Other company's should "take note" on how to interact with their customers. He really was instrumental in making and keeping our business. He seems to have a non- judgemental no B. S. approach which I like and respected from another person...

Our previous landscapers didn't do much to maintain our yard and everything was so overgrown. I am so very pleased with their work and Bruce is working with us to plan a relatively low maintenance yard. We intend to move forward and do some more work on our yard to improve upon what was already done.

Excellent experience. Could not recommend this company more. We recently had several landscaping renovations made to our home (new edging, lawn thatching/aerating/planting, new fencing, new patio, tree removal, spring clean up, tree pruning).

Bruce was my contact throughout the process and was incredibly attentive. He called frequently with updates and to discuss options. He also identified some defects in our already existing deck and offered to correct the problem at a remarkably reasonable price.

Work was completed very quickly--a little over two weeks from start to finish, and they started working the very day I met with Bruce to go over his estimate.

I plan to use Done Right again in the future and would strongly recommend using them for any landscaping project. You will not be sorry!

Words can't express how incredibly simple it was to work with Bruce and his team at Done Right Landscape and Construction. Bruce came in with designs for my property better than I could have possibly imagined in such an odd space.

He installed a two level retaining wall, incredibly beautiful two colored, for stone pattern paver patio and stone walkway. Using beautiful cobblestone, he outlines each of my flower beds in the front and side yards really accenting the black mulch that he chose to use.On top of this, they installed a 4ft, white, scalloped PVC fence around the entire front of the property.

From estimate to installation, I could not be more satisfied with the work Done Right Landscape and Construction did for us.

I have been working with Bruce and his team for over a year now, after using other landscapers in the past. Last year, I asked Bruce to come by to provide a quote for a driveway project, and mentioned that I would be interested in remodeling my front porch as well. Instead of pushing me to start the driveway, he suggested I get the porch done first, so that the driveway wouldn't be ruined by the trucks and equipment necessary for the construction project. He even recommended the contractor we ended up using. Once the porch was done, Bruce's team installed a beautiful granite step and stone walkway. While he was at the house, I asked him about his expected turnaround time for a spring cleanup, and he said he could do it that day. We agreed on a price, and 6 hours later, our entire property was transformed. He weeded, excavated and mulched all of our beds, and installed durable landscape fabric to prevent weeds. He even mowed our lawn, trimmed and pruned our hedges to make sure everything looked great. He is a true professional, and I can't recommend Bruce and his team highly enough. Thank you!
