I have been a contributor to your platform for almost ten years—let's say approximately eight years. Overall, I am satisfied with how the system works. The platform is well-organized, easy to use, and reliable. I appreciate the opportunity to showcase and sell my work through your agency. However, I would like to share an honest concern regarding earnings. Despite having a substantial number of photos in my portfolio, the income I receive is quite low in proportion to the volume and quality of content I provide. I believe the compensation does not adequately reflect the effort and creativity that contributors put into producing high-quality stock images. The only downside to Dreamstime is the iPhone Companion app never updates. I have to do a hard shutdown of my phone to get the Dreamstime app to update.

I am a long-time member and despite regularly uploading high-quality content and following the platform's guidelines, I've noticed that my files rarely appear in search results, even for highly relevant keywords. It seems that the search algorithm or ranking system does not give my content fair exposure, which significantly limits the chances of potential buyers discovering it. I really appreciate the current auto-fill category feature; it's very helpful. However, I'd like to suggest an improvement regarding the submission process. Currently, submitting assets one by one can be quite time-consuming, especially for contributors with a large volume of content. It would be highly beneficial if Dreamstime could implement a batch submission feature, similar to what's available on other microstock platforms. This would allow me to upload and process multiple files simultaneously, significantly streamlining my workflow and enhancing efficiency as a contributor. Thank you for considering this suggestion. There are years of my and Dreamstime cooperation. I' m not professional photographer, usual person with one of the hobby, which is travel and taken pictures, which can be interesting for my friends and relatives. But, with help of Dreamstime, my pics starting monetized and cost of my travels became much less. Customer service is professional and responsive. I never had any issue, which was not resolved.
