Professional and fairly quick customer service response (several hours)
On your platform I have always uploaded far fewer files than on your competitors' galleries. The reason is the way the files are uploaded. Although it has improved over time, thanks in part to AI, it remains unacceptable that files must be indexed one at a time. This is a huge waste of time. My opinion is that you should introduce the possibility of reviewing groups of files.
Overall, the websites are fine, but the sales are pretty slow.

I do not earn much at Dreamstime but I do like a sense of community on the site. As other stock agencies fold, Dreamstime seems like it will be here a while. I do like the editorial submission option as this opens up revenue channels for me.
I am satisfied with Dreamstime. Sales are infrequent, but they are there. The price for the authors is stable and not low.
